结合以上附图对本实用新型作详细说明,在筛箱1的顶部设置了三轴椭圆激振器2,筛面由7个相互连接倾角不同的筛板3组成。本实用新型的各筛板与水平面的倾斜角度由入料端到出料端由大逐渐变小,对于某些性质的物料,各相邻筛板的倾斜角度采用等差角度,即由入料端到出料端的7个筛板的每个筛板倾斜角,相差为定值,一般为3-6度为宜。此种筛面物料流速快,料层薄,各段筛面上物料流速比稳定,呈现均衡式微增效果。
