一种用于过滤苛化液的过滤槽，它包括槽体、滤布、铁丝网、支承栅格、角铁、真空管、苛化液出口管，槽体为用4mm厚的钢板焊制而成，长2000mm、宽1600mm、高800mm，在槽体一侧中下部位置设有一向外延伸的真空管，在槽体底面设有一苛化液出口管，在距槽体底面300mm位置设有一道由滤布、铁丝网、支承栅格组成的过滤层，支承栅格通过焊接与固定于槽体内侧壁上的角铁上平面连接，在支承栅格上面放置铁丝网，在铁丝网上面放置滤布，从而形成一种用于过滤苛化液的过滤槽。
所述的滤布，用细白布，使用时布边搭出过滤槽的上缘，避免苛化液从槽边漏下。
所述的铁丝网，用细铁丝编织而成，网孔为0.2×0.2cm。
所述的支承栅格，用直径8mm的钢管焊成网格状。
所述的角铁，一平面通过焊接固定于槽体内壁，与此平面垂直的一面作托住支承栅格平面。
