本实用新型涉及一种压块,特别是一种连发钛夹钳用弹卡压块,它属于医用连发钛夹钳中的一个零件。
背景技术
在进行人体外科手术中,尽量阻止出血是手术最终成功的一大要素。现有技术中,血管的夹紧通常都用钛夹,而钛夹的夹持一般是用手工通过钳子去夹,然后再将钛夹夹住血管;这种做法钛夹必须一个一个去夹,手术时间长,出血量大,增加了手术的风险和患者的痛苦。目前也有连发钛夹钳,但所有连发钛夹钳均存在以下缺点:1、手术过程中不是全自动连发,每次施夹完后要从手术部位取出钛夹钳再填装钛夹;2、钛夹是否夹好没有保护装置;3、钳杆不能360°旋转,不能根据手术需要调节钳杆角度。所以,需要对现有技术中连发钛夹钳的结构进行改进,包括零件的改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中所存在的上述不足,而提供一种结构设计合理、能与本公司的连发钛夹钳配套使用的弹卡压块。
本实用新型解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:该弹卡压块的结构特点是在弹卡压块体上开有弹卡压块槽,并设置有弹卡斜角,该弹卡斜角的角度为40°-50°。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下优点及效果:结构设计合理,与本公司的连发钛夹钳的外顶杆配合使用方便可靠。

具体实施方式
参见图1,该连发钛夹钳已申请专利,它主要由钳杆部分I和手柄部分II连接组成。其中的手柄部分II包括后手柄5、弹卡压块4、弹卡3和外顶杆1;在弹卡压块4上开有弹卡压块槽2,弹卡压块4卡接固定在后手柄5上。
参见图2-图4,本实用新型在压块体41上开有弹卡压块槽2,并设置有弹卡斜角α,该弹卡斜角α可以在40°-50°之间,在本实施例中为45°。
使用时,只要将本实用新型与连发钛夹钳的后手柄5连接即可。同时,通过该弹卡斜角α将弹卡3向下压,使弹卡3与外顶杆1脱开。
