技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种手柄,特别是一种用于医用连发钛夹钳的手柄,它属于医用连发钛夹钳中的一个部件。
背景技术
在进行人体外科手术中,尽量阻止出血是手术最终成功的一大要素。现有技术中,血管的夹紧通常都用钛夹,而钛夹的夹持一般是用手工通过钳子去夹,然后再将钛夹夹住血管;这种做法钛夹必须一个一个去夹,手术时间长,出血量大,增加了手术的风险和患者的痛苦。目前也有连发钛夹钳,但所有连发钛夹钳均存在以下缺点:1、手术过程中不是全自动连发,每次施夹完后要从手术部位取出钛夹钳再填装钛夹;2、钛夹是否夹好没有保护装置;3、钳杆不能360°旋转,不能根据手术需要调节钳杆角度。所以,需要对现有技术中连发钛夹钳的结构进行改进,包括部件的改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中所存在的上述不足,而提供一种结构设计合理、能与本公司的连发钛夹钳配套使用的用于医用连发钛夹钳的手柄。
本实用新型解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:该用于医用连发钛夹钳包括前手柄、后手柄和复位弹簧,其特征在于所述的复位弹簧的两端分别连接在前手柄和后手柄上,且前手柄和后手柄通过大轴钉连接;在后手柄上设置有拉簧凸台,并开有圆销钉孔、顶杆接头槽、弹卡压块安装槽、内顶杆槽和外顶杆槽;前手柄上开有大轴钉孔。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下优点及效果:结构设计合理,与本公司的连发钛夹钳中的卡块拉簧、前圆螺钉、内顶杆和外顶杆等配合,使用方便可靠。

具体实施方式
参见图1,该连发钛夹钳已申请专利,它主要由钳杆部分I和手柄部分II连接组成。手柄部分II包括前手柄8、后手柄7、复位弹簧6、外顶杆3、内顶杆2、大轴钉9、弹卡压块5、卡块拉簧10、前圆螺钉4和施杆顶杆接头1。外顶杆3套在内顶杆2外,卡块拉簧10与后手柄7连接,前圆螺钉4与后手柄7固定。
参见图2,本实用新型由前手柄8、后手柄7和复位弹簧6组成,复位弹簧6的两端分别连接在前手柄8和后手柄7上。在后手柄7上设置有拉簧凸台11,并开有圆销钉孔16、顶杆接头槽13、弹卡压块安装槽17、内顶杆槽14和外顶杆槽15。
前手柄8和后手柄7通过大轴钉9连接,所以,在前手柄8上开有大轴钉孔12。
使用时,在顶杆接头槽13内安放钳杆部分I的施杆顶杆接头1,弹卡压块安装槽17内安放弹卡压块5,内顶杆槽14和外顶杆槽15内用于安放内顶杆2和外顶杆3,拉簧凸台11上可连接卡块拉簧10;圆销钉孔16中安装前圆螺钉4,以便与后手柄7固定。
