本实用新型涉及防护装甲技术领域,具体讲是一种碳化硅陶瓷防弹片。
背景技术
现有常用的碳化硅陶瓷防弹片由小块的碳化硅陶瓷片镶拼而成,且相邻侧面连接部分是尖的,具体结构如图1所示,这种结构存在如下缺陷,第一,工人的操作劳动强度大,生产效率低;第二,必须精确制造马赛克式的小块的碳化硅陶瓷片之间的接口,所以技术难度大,生产效率低;第三,镶拼后的防弹片整体感下降,弧面一致性差,与用于支撑防弹片的背板结合不好,为此直接影响防弹效果;第四,相邻侧面连接所形成的尖部的应力集中会导致在生产中更易出现破碎和崩角的现象,降低生产效率,增加生产成本;此外,目前的技术对于设计具有均匀性能的马赛克式陶瓷片系统非常困难,成本高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是,提供一种工人的操作劳动强度低,生产效率高,防弹效果好,成本低的碳化硅陶瓷防弹片。
本实用新型的技术方案是,提供一种具有以下结构的碳化硅陶瓷防弹片,碳化硅陶瓷防弹片为一整片碳化硅陶瓷,该碳化硅陶瓷设有能与背板完全贴合的内弧面,所述碳化硅陶瓷的相邻侧面均通过圆角过渡。
采用上述结构后,本实用新型碳化硅陶瓷防弹片与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:因为碳化硅陶瓷防弹片为一整片碳化硅陶瓷,该碳化硅陶瓷的内弧面可与背板完全贴合,所述碳化硅陶瓷的相邻侧面均通过圆角过渡,这样,在生产碳化硅陶瓷防弹片时就无需镶拼的加工过程,可以通过模具直接制造出整片的碳化硅陶瓷防弹片,且圆角可以避免因应力集中产生的破碎或崩角的现象,从而降低了工人的操作劳动强度,提高了生产效率,并且可与背板完全贴合的整片碳化硅陶瓷的防弹效果好,所以本实用新型碳化硅陶瓷防弹片具有工人的操作劳动强度低,生产效率高,防弹效果好,成本低的优点。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
现有技术碳化硅陶瓷防弹片是通过小块形状的碳化硅陶瓷片经过特殊工艺粘合在一起的,即镶拼而成,且相邻侧面连接部分是尖的;由于是小块镶拼,必然有许多纵向和横向的间隙;由于是小块镶拼,内外弧面完整性和一致性必然差;这些都使得现有技术碳化硅陶瓷防弹片防弹效果差,生产成本高,生产效率低。具体结构如图1所示。
