背景技术
目前,在新型的干法水泥生产上,煤磨和窑头余热锅炉在篦冷机上分别开孔取出废气,这种煤磨和窑头余热锅炉在篦冷机上分别开孔取出废气的结构,存在如下弊端:
1、篦冷机上煤磨和余热锅炉开两个孔取废气,对篦冷机结构造成影响;
2、没有结合窑头余热锅炉一体化综合设计开孔取篦冷机废气,管道布置复杂,投资大、成本高,不便于维修保养;
3、没有将篦冷机出口废气引入煤磨和窑头余热锅炉系统,余热利用效率不高。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可实现一体化取废气的干法水泥生产线上煤磨和余热锅炉在篦冷机上取废气结构。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:干法水泥生产线上煤磨和余热锅炉在篦冷机上取废气结构,包括篦冷机、余热锅炉和煤磨,其特征是:由篦冷机引出的废气管分别连接至余热锅炉和煤磨的废气进口端。
进一步的是,在篦冷机的出口管上设置有出口废气管,出口废气管与所述废气管连通。
本实用新型的有益效果是:在篦冷机上开一个孔取废气,对篦冷机结构影响小,还可结合设置在窑头的余热锅炉,一体化综合设计开孔取篦冷机废气,管道还可集中布置,节省管道、支架等材料,节省投资,管道布置美观,尤其是从篦冷机出口将低温废气引入煤磨和窑头余热锅炉,使篦冷机排出的有一定热量的废气得到回收利用,杜绝新增冷空气进入煤磨,降低了水泥线窑头系统的电耗,使篦冷机废气能量得到梯级回收利用,可广泛的应用于干法水泥生产线的余热回收利用中。

如图1所示,本实用新型的干法水泥生产线上煤磨和余热锅炉在篦冷机上取废气结构,包括篦冷机1、余热锅炉2和煤磨3,篦冷机上只开一个孔,集中取出废气,由篦冷机1引出的废气管4分别连接至余热锅炉2和煤磨3的废气进口端。
为了进一步提高余热利用效率,在篦冷机1的出口管上设置有出口废气管5,出口废气管5与所述废气管4连通。这样,从篦冷机1出口将低温废气介入余热锅炉2和煤磨3,使篦冷机1排出的有一定热量的废气得到回收利用,杜绝冷空气进入煤磨,可降低水泥生产线的电耗,使篦冷机1的废气能量得到梯级回收利用。

1.干法水泥生产线上煤磨和余热锅炉在篦冷机上取废气结构,包括篦冷机(1)、余热锅炉(2)和煤磨(3),其特征是:由篦冷机(1)引出的废气管(4)分别连接至余热锅炉(2)和煤磨(3)的废气进口端。
2.如权利要求1所述的干法水泥生产线上煤磨和余热锅炉在篦冷机上取废气结构,其特征是:在篦冷机(1)的出口管上设置有出口废气管(5),出口废气管(5)与所述废气管(4)连通。
