本实用新型公开了一种改进型的张紧油缸,其能加大整个油缸的绝缘等级,有效避免雷击对张紧油缸的破坏,保证风力发电系统的正常工作,减少设备维护成本。其包括缸筒和活塞杆,所述活塞杆两端分别连接有活塞头和连接支撑环,所述活塞头端插入所述缸筒内部,所述活塞杆与所述缸筒之间、所述活塞头与所述缸筒之间分别安装有密封组件,其特征在于:所述连接支撑环内安装有绝缘环。

一种改进型的张紧油缸
(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及应用于风力发电机系统部件领域,具体为一种改进型的张紧油缸。
(二)背景技术
大型的风力发电机离地面高,容易受到雷击,见图1,普通的张紧油缸其活塞杆2两端分别连接活塞头3和支撑环4,支撑环4、活塞杆2、活塞头3、缸筒1均为导电金属制成,当风力发电机遭到雷击时电流会沿着支撑环4、活塞杆2、活塞头3依次传递,由于活塞头3与缸筒1内壁之间的间隙只有0.1mm~0.2mm,活塞头3和缸筒1之间会出现放电现象,从而将缸筒1内壁和活塞头3表面的镀层打坏,使原本光滑的内壁变得毛糙不平整,破坏了密封组件5正常工作所必须的工作条件,使张紧油缸出现漏油现象,严重时还将破坏密封组件,造成张紧油缸内漏油严重,不能正常工作,提高设备维修保养的成本。
(三)发明内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型提供了一种改进型的张紧油缸,其能加大整个油缸的绝缘等级,有效避免雷击对张紧油缸的破坏,保证风力发电系统的正常工作,减少设备维护成本。
其技术方案是这样的:其包括缸筒和活塞杆,所述活塞杆两端分别连接有活塞头和连接支撑环,所述活塞头端插入所述缸筒内部,所述活塞杆与所述缸筒之间、所述活塞头与所述缸筒之间分别安装有密封组件,其特征在于:所述连接支撑环内安装有绝缘环。
其进一步特征在于:所述绝缘环为环氧树脂。
本实用新型的结构的张紧油缸,其通过加装绝缘环,阻断雷击时电流向张紧油缸的传递,避免了张紧油缸缸筒与活塞头之间放电,从而保护张紧油缸的安全,延长了张紧油缸的使用寿命,节约了维护保养成本。

(五)具体实施方式
见图2,本实用新型包括缸筒1和活塞杆2,活塞杆2两端分别连接有活塞头3和连接支撑环4,活塞杆2的活塞头端插入缸筒1内部,活塞杆2与缸筒1之间、活塞头3与缸筒1之间分别安装有密封组件5,连接支撑环4内安装有绝缘环6;绝缘环6为环氧树脂;图2中,7为气口,8为油口。

1.一种改进型的张紧油缸,其包括缸筒和活塞杆,所述活塞杆两端分别连接有活塞头和连接支撑环,所述活塞头端插入所述缸筒内部,所述活塞杆与所述缸筒之间、所述活塞头与所述缸筒之间分别安装有密封组件,其特征在于:所述连接支撑环内安装有绝缘环。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进型的张紧油缸,其特征在于:所述绝缘环为环氧树脂。
