技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种鞋材，特别是一种鞋体定型中底用半叉。
背景技术
目前，常见的鞋体定型中底包括纸质的板体，位于板体内安装有铁质的条形硬质片，人们在行走过程中由于重量的压力容易使纸质定型中底变形，另外，在潮湿的环境下长期使用或进水后纸质的板体也容易变形或损坏，从而影响到鞋的舒适度，降低了鞋的整体使用寿命；同时，由于结构缺陷，使得定型中底在长期使用后容易磨损，同样影响到鞋的舒适度，针对上述缺点，有必要作出改进。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种结构合理、使用寿命长且穿着舒适的鞋体定型中底用半叉。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种鞋体定型中底用半叉，所述半叉由硬质塑料一次注塑成型，所述半叉内中部还设有腰芯，腰芯包裹在半叉内，腰芯与半叉注塑成一整体，所述半叉的上表面和下表面或者上表面或下表面位于腰芯部位设有定位孔。
上述技术方案还可以有以下的改进方案：所述半叉的上表面位于腰芯部位的两端各设有一个定位孔，下表面位于腰芯部位的中间设有一个定位孔。所述半叉的前端边缘设置成斜边。所述半叉的周边缘设置成上宽下窄的斜边。所述半叉的上表面和/或下表面还设有一层表面料。所述表面料为布或纸板或塑料。
本实用新型的有益效果是：由于本实用新型的定型中底用半叉由硬质塑料制成，在半叉内中部设有腰芯，且腰芯与半叉注塑成一整体，半叉的上、下表面位于腰芯部位设有定位孔，定位孔的设置，保证了腰芯在与半叉一体注塑成型时，腰芯包裹在半叉的正中间位置，这样，半叉的结构更牢固，强度更大，使用寿命更长，所以该结构的鞋体定型中底用半叉不仅强度高，而且耐磨，使用寿命长；由于所述半叉的前端边缘设置成斜边，在后续工序中增加半叉与鞋体定型中底前半部分的粘合面积，增强其粘着力，所以使其结构牢固，耐用；由于所述半叉的周边缘设置成上宽下窄的斜边，从而使鞋底与鞋跟连续，所以美观，而且增加了半叉上表面的面积，使人体脚板与鞋底的接触面积增大，更加舒适。所以本实用新型不会受到人体压力变形，即使在潮湿的环境下长期使用或遇水也不易变形，且不易磨损，保证了鞋的舒适度和美观性，延长了鞋的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2、图3，本实用新型鞋体定型中底用半叉，所述半叉1由硬质塑料一次注塑成型，所述半叉1内中部还设有腰芯2，腰芯2包裹在半叉1内，腰芯2与半叉1注塑成一整体，所述半叉1的上表面和下表面或者上表面或下表面位于腰芯部位设有定位孔3。
上述技术方案还可以有以下的改进方案：所述半叉1的上表面位于腰芯部位的两端各设有一个定位孔3，下表面位于腰芯部位的中间设有一个定位孔3。上述定位孔的设置，保证了腰芯2在与半叉1一体注塑成型时，腰芯2刚好位于半叉1的上、下表面之间，最佳状态是位于上、下表面的正中间，这样，半叉1的结构更牢固，强度更大，使用寿命更长。所述半叉1的前端边缘4设置成斜边，该斜边可以是斜向上的斜边，也可以是斜向下的斜边，通常为斜向下。前端边缘4设置成斜边，是为了在后续工序中增加半叉1与鞋体定型中底前半部分的粘合面积，增强其粘着力，从而使其结构牢固，耐用。所述半叉1的周边缘5设置成上宽下窄的斜边，这样既便于鞋底与鞋跟的连续和美观，又能增加半叉1上表面的面积，使人体脚板与鞋底的接触面积增大，更加舒适。
参照图4，本实用新型所述半叉1的上表面和/或下表面还设有一层表面料6，所述表面料6为布或纸板或塑料。
该结构的鞋体定型中底不会受到人体压力变形，即使在潮湿的环境下长期使用或遇水也不易变形，且不易磨损，另外其斜边的设置，保证了鞋的舒适度和美观性，延长了鞋的使用寿命。
本实用新型结构合理、使用寿命长且穿着舒适、美观，是一种广泛应用于鞋上的鞋体定型中底用半叉。

Claims (7)

1.一种鞋体定型中底用半叉，其特征在于：所述半叉(1)由硬质塑料一次注塑成型，所述半叉(1)内中部还设有腰芯(2)，腰芯(2)包裹在半叉(1)内，腰芯(2)与半叉(1)注塑成一整体，所述半叉(1)的上表面和下表面或者上表面或下表面位于腰芯部位设有定位孔(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的鞋体定型中底用半叉，其特征在于：所述半叉(1)的上表面位于腰芯部位的两端各设有一个定位孔(3)，下表面位于腰芯部位的中间设有一个定位孔(3)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的鞋体定型中底用半叉，其特征在于：所述半叉(1)的前端边缘(4)设置成斜边。
4.根据权利要求3所述的鞋体定型中底用半叉，其特征在于：所述半叉(1)的周边缘(5)设置成上宽下窄的斜边。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的鞋体定型中底用半叉，其特征在于：所述半叉(1)的周边缘(5)设置成上宽下窄的斜边。
6.根据权利要求1所述的鞋体定型中底用半叉，其特征在于：所述半叉(1)的上表面和/或下表面还设有一层表面料(6)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的鞋体定型中底用半叉，其特征在于：所述表面料(6)为布或纸板或塑料。
