背景技术
ABB公司生产的换流变压器在直流换流站广泛使用,该型变压器上安装有7个气体继电器,这些气体继电器分别是:网侧套管B升高座气体继电器、OLTC1气体继电器、OLTC2气体继电器、网侧套管A升高座气体继电器、本体和主油枕之间气体继电器、阀侧套管a升高座气体继电器、阀侧套管b升高座气体继电器。每个气体继电器的闭锁接点均单节点出口,该种气体继电器保护配置方式大大增加了单台换流变误动的可能性,单台换流变的闭锁点为14个(仅仅气体继电器),单极(共6台)的闭锁点为84个。这就大大增加了换流变误跳闸的可能性,每次误跳闸不仅降低了直流输电系统的能量可用率,而且给电网系统和用户造成严重损失。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺陷,提供一种运行可靠,减少误跳闸次数的换流变压器气体继电器连接结构。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种换流变压器气体继电器连接结构,其特征在于:在网侧套管B升高座、有载分接开关OLTC1、有载分接开关OLTC2、网侧套管A升高座、阀侧套管a升高座和阀侧套管b升高座上分别安装具有轻瓦斯报警功能的气体继电器网侧套管B升高座气体继电器、OLTC1气体继电器、OLTC2气体继电器、网侧套管A升高座气体继电器、阀侧套管a升高座气体继电器、阀侧套管b升高座气体继电器;将网侧套管B升高座、OLTC1、OLTC2、网侧套管A升高座、阀侧套管a升高座和阀侧套管b升高座的气体收集管路连接到体具有报警和闭锁功能的本体气体继电器的收集回路上。
本实用新型具有如下优点:本实用新型在套管B升高座、OLTC11、OLTC2、网侧套管A升高座、阀侧套管a升高座和阀侧套管b升高座上安装具有轻瓦斯报警功能的气体继电器,可以实现对上述部位内部故障的报警监测;将在套管B升高座、OLTC11、OLTC2、网侧套管A升高座、阀侧套管a升高座和阀侧套管b升高座的气体收集管路连接到体具有闭锁功能的本体气体继电器的收集回路上,单台换流变的闭锁点减少为2个,单极的闭锁点减少为12个,这就大大降低了换流变误跳闸的可能性,从而提高了直流输电系统的能量可用率,减少了对电网系统和用户的造成损失次数。

如图1、图2所示,一种换流变压器气体继电器连接结构,在网侧套管B升高座、有载分接开关OLTC11、有载分接开关OLTC2、网侧套管A升高座、阀侧套管a升高座和阀侧套管b升高座上分别安装具有轻瓦斯报警功能的网侧套管B升高座气体继电器1、OLTC11气体继电器2、OLTC2气体继电器3、网侧套管A升高座气体继电器4、阀侧套管a升高座气体继电器6、阀侧套管b升高座气体继电器7。将套管B升高座、OLTC11、OLTC2、网侧套管A升高座、阀侧套管a升高座和阀侧套管b升高座的气体收集管路连接到体具有闭锁功能的本体气体继电器5的收集回路8上。

1.一种换流变压器气体继电器连接结构,其特征在于:在网侧套管B升高座、有载分接开关OLTC11、有载分接开关OLTC2、网侧套管A升高座、阀侧套管a升高座和阀侧套管b升高座上分别安装具有轻瓦斯报警功能的网侧套管B升高座气体继电器(1)、OLTC11气体继电器(2)、OLTC2气体继电器(3)、网侧套管A升高座气体继电器(4)、阀侧套管a升高座气体继电器(6)、阀侧套管b升高座气体继电器(7);将套管B升高座、OLTC11、OLTC2、网侧套管A升高座、阀侧套管a升高座和阀侧套管b升高座的气体收集管路连接到体具有闭锁功能的本体气体继电器(5)的收集回路(8)上。
