本实用新型公开了一种智能低压无功补偿装置,尤其是指一种低压无功动态补偿装置。目前国内外低压无功补偿装置主要由控制器、刀开关、熔丝、接触器、热继电器、电力电容器、指示灯等组成,它主要存在着涌流大、开关电容寿命短、体积大、笨重、可靠性差、自动化程度低等弊端。本实用新型克服了传统无功补偿装置的弊端,在柜体内设置微功耗节能电磁开关、电流互感器、智能无涌流电容器、综合保护器、GSM无线通讯模块,微功耗节能电磁开关一端与柜体内三相380V总电源连接,另一端经电流互感器与智能无涌流电容器连接,该智能无涌流电容器自动智能网络模块,各个智能无涌流电容器之间用RS485通讯线连接,电子综合保护器一端与电流互感器连接,另一端与GSM无线通讯模块连接,可配以远程监控系统软件对装置运行情况进行实时监测,为系统的正常及可靠运行提供有力保障。

[0002] 目前,国内外低压无功补偿装置主要由控制器、刀开关、熔丝、接触器、热继电器、 电力电容器、指示灯等组成,它主要存在着涌流大、开关、电容寿命短、无功补偿反应慢,体积大、占地大、耗材多、功耗大、接线多、笨重、可靠性差、数据不能远传,自动化程度低等弊端。
发明内容
[0003] 本实用新型的目的在于提供一种克服上述缺点,无涌流、可靠性高、具备远传报警功能的低压无功补偿装置。
[0004] 本实用新型是这样实现的:整套装置安装在金属柜体内,包括控制器、刀开关、熔丝、接触器、热继电器、电力电容器、指示灯,该装置在柜体内设置微功耗节能电磁开关、电流互感器、智能无涌流电容器、综合保护器、GSM无线通讯模块,微功耗节能电磁开关一端与柜体内三相380V总电源连接,另一端经电流互感器与智能无涌流电容器连接,智能电容器无涌流过零投切,每台电容器都带有智能网络模块,电容与电容之间用RS485通讯线连接, 可以形成主从自动组合模式进行投切,相当于每台电容器都能充当控制器,实现了高可靠性,取消了目前装置中的总控制器,采用分散控制模式,每组电容器都有控制单元,使多组电容器的自动投切摆脱了全部依靠一个控制器的情况,杜绝因控制器故障导致整个系统瘫痪;综合保护器采集电压互感器的电压信号和电流互感器的电流信号,并根据电压、电流的整定值来控制节能电磁开关的分合,综合保护器有两个方面的输出,一个是根据整定值控制节能电磁开关的分合,一个是在分合电磁开关的同时给GSM网络无线通讯模块提供接点变化的信号,GSM网络无线通讯模块采集到综合保护器的报警信号后,迅速发短信通知相关责任人。
[0005] 本实用新型的有益效果是,克服了传统的无功补偿装置涌流大、无功补偿反应慢, 开关、电容寿命短,可靠性差,数据不能远传,自动化程度低等缺点,本实用新型无功补偿投切反应快速,体积小,简单可靠,具备无线远传报警功能。

1. 一种智能低压无功补偿装置,包括控制器、刀开关、熔丝、接触器、热继电器、电力电容器、指示灯,其特征在于:该装置在柜体内设置微功耗节能电磁开关、电流互感器、智能无涌流电容器、综合保护器、GSM无线通讯模块,微功耗节能电磁开关一端与柜体内三相380V 总电源连接,另一端经电流互感器与智能无涌流电容器连接,该智能无涌流电容器自动智能网络模块,各个智能无涌流电容器之间用RS485通讯线连接,电子综合保护器一端与电流互感器连接,另一端与GSM无线通讯模块连接。
