本实用新型涉及一种可拆卸板式换热器的板片和垫片，及采用此板片和垫片的可拆卸板式换热器。
背景技术
可拆板式换热器主要由板片、密封垫片、固定夹紧板、活动夹紧板、上导杆、下导杆，夹紧螺栓、支架等零部件组成，工作介质在两相邻板片形成的窄小曲折的通道中流过，通过相隔的板片传热。目前，可拆板式换热器中板片的垫片槽多采用全拉伸设计，垫片横截面上下为非对称形状。换热器夹紧时，板片两侧垫片在垫片槽内受挤压变形，对板片前后形成非对称涨力，使板片在垫片槽处向垫片槽背侧弯曲变形，导致垫片槽结构形状改变，密封能力下降，这种结构的板片在可拆卸换热器多次拆装后，变形越发严重，最终丧失密封能力，只有将板片重新用模具复型才能恢复密封能力。板片复型工作只有其制造厂家能够进行，而且费工耗时，周期长，费用高。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种不易发生变形、密封性能好的可拆卸板式换热器板片和垫片；并提供一种采用此板片和垫片的可拆卸板式换热器。
本实用新型为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是：
一种可拆卸板式换热器的板片，包括波纹结构和垫片槽，其特征在于：所述的板片垫片槽横截面的形状上下对称，垫片槽采用半拉伸结构。
一种可拆卸板式换热器的垫片，垫片采用对称结构，并与垫片槽相适应。
一种可拆卸板式换热器，包括上文所述可拆卸板式换热器的板片和上文所述可拆卸板式换热器的垫片。
本实用新型的有益效果是：当可拆卸板式换热器夹紧时，板片两侧的垫片对板片的涨力大小相等，方向相反，相互抵消，夹紧时板片就不会发生变形，即使可拆卸板式换热器经过多次拆装，板片仍能保持初始形状。同时这种垫片和垫板槽的设计，大大提高了可拆卸板式换热器的密封性能。

具体实施方式
如图1至6所示，可拆卸板式换热器主要由板片1、垫片2、固定夹紧板3、活动夹紧板4、上导杆5、下导杆6，夹紧螺栓7、支架8等零部件组成，垫片2安装在板片1的垫片槽中，通过夹紧螺栓7把板片1、垫片2固定在固定夹紧板3、活动夹紧板4之间。工作介质在两相邻板片形成的窄小曲折的通道中流过，通过相隔的板片传热。
将板片的垫片槽设计成半拉伸结构，同时将垫片横截面设计成上下对称形状。这样，当可拆卸板式换热器夹紧时，板片两侧的垫片对板片的涨力大小相等，方向相反，相互抵消，夹紧时板片就不会发生变形，即使可拆卸板式换热器经过多次拆装，板片仍能保持初始形状。这种垫片和垫板槽的设计，大大提高了可拆卸板式换热器的密封性能，最高可提高0.5Mpa。
