本实用新型为一种用于液压钢管连接的卡套。它位于由接头体、钢管和螺母构成的空腔内,所述卡套中定位环的前端设有密封圈,所述定位环的后端设有后卡套。本实用新型解决了传统卡套式接头由于安装操作不当或系统振动严重以及系统压力脉冲大造成泄漏的缺陷。

本实用新型涉及一种用于液压钢管连接的卡套。
背景技术
在液压钢管连接方式中,卡套式管接头具有连接牢靠、耐压力高、密封性和反复性好、安装和检修方便、工作安全可靠等特点。在与钢管连接时不需焊接,可广泛应用于各行各业。
符合DIN3861标准的卡套使用于接口尺寸符合DIN EN ISO8434-1标准的接头,但普通卡套式接头由于不带弹性软密封件,若安装操作不当或系统振动严重以及系统压力脉冲大都容易造成泄漏,而且不适合用于真空环境。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:针对现有应用中,由于安装操作不当或系统振动严重以及系统压力脉冲大造成泄漏的缺陷,提供一种耐压力高、密封性和反复性好的用于液压钢管连接的卡套。
本实用新型是这样来实现的:
一种用于液压钢管连接的卡套,位于由接头体、钢管和螺母构成的空腔内,所述卡套中定位环的前端设有密封圈,所述定位环的后端设有后卡套。
所述定位环的前端呈阶梯状,与所述接头体的24度内锥相匹配;所述后卡套的前端位于所述定位环的后端底部;所述定位环为金属件。
所述密封圈位于所述接头体的24度内锥、所述钢管和所述定位环的前端构成的空腔内。
所述后卡套的前端顶部呈刀刃状。
所述后卡套的后端呈锥面,与所述螺母的内斜面相匹配。
所述密封圈为弹性软密封圈。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型用于液压钢管连接的卡套在传统的卡套结构上增加了一密封圈堵住了接头唯一的泄露通道,不仅可密封管内的压力流体,同时可以防止在管内失压的情况下空气进入系统。这样的密封结构,密封效果与流体压力值成正比,因此即使在高压工作下也具有极为理想的密封效果。同时由于密封圈工作在静压区内,其使用寿命也特别长。由于采用了软密封圈,密封效果更好,耐振性更佳,彻底做到了零泄漏;工作压力的使用范围很广,可用于真空,也可用于高压或低压。在传统的卡套结构上采用一个金属定位环,避免了因装配时容易产生过拧紧,使卡套弹性失效而造成泄漏现象的产生。同时定位环前端的阶梯式结构,保证即使在密封圈失效时,依靠定位环的台阶与接头体24度锥面压紧,也能起到密封作用。并且与传统卡套相比,由于卡套不直接接触到接头体,这样对接头体本身不产生损伤,从而保证接头体能够反复使用。

具体实施方式
根据图2,本实用新型用于液压钢管连接的卡套,主要由具有24度锥形孔的接头体1、弹性O型密封圈2、定位环3、带尖锐内刃的后卡套4和起压紧作用的螺母6组成。旋紧螺母6时,螺母6内斜面与后卡套4后部斜面紧贴在一起,后卡套4被推进定位环3锥孔中,推动定位环3紧靠在接头体上1,并固定不动。弹性O型密封圈2在接头体、钢管、定位环所形成的空间内,形成良好的静密封。螺母6继续前进,后卡套4随之变形,使得后卡套4与定位环3内锥面形成球面接触密封;同时,卡套的内刃口嵌入钢管的外壁,在外壁上刺出一个环行密封槽,从而起到可靠密封的作用。

1.一种用于液压钢管连接的卡套,位于由接头体、钢管和螺母构成的空腔内,其特征在于:所述卡套中定位环的前端设有密封圈,所述定位环的后端设有后卡套。
2.根据权利要求1所述用于液压钢管连接的卡套,其特征在于:所述定位环的前端呈阶梯状,与所述接头体的24度内锥相匹配;所述后卡套的前端位于所述定位环的后端底部;所述定位环为金属件。
3.根据权利要求2所述用于液压钢管连接的卡套,其特征在于:所述密封圈位于所述接头体的24度内锥、所述钢管和所述定位环的前端构成的空腔内。
4.根据权利要求2所述用于液压钢管连接的卡套,其特征在于:所述后卡套的前端顶部呈刀刃状。
5.根据权利要求2或4所述用于液压钢管连接的卡套,其特征在于:所述后卡套的后端呈锥面,与所述螺母的内斜面相匹配。
6.根据权利要求1所述用于液压钢管连接的卡套,其特征在于:所述密封圈为弹性软密封圈。
