技术背景
目前在电厂、铝厂、钼矿、钨矿等金属矿的工作过程中,在输送浆、渣等高浓度介质系统的输送泵,安装在介质管道口起点或终端的孔板环要高频率的在管道间切换,普通材质制作的板环,由于长时间的摩擦,降低了其密封性能,寿命很短。导致输送泵经常维修更换,其成本相当高,并且给生产正常运行带来一定的影响。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是在于克服上述现有技术中的不足而提供一种耐磨性、抗腐蚀性的高浓度输送泵陶瓷孔板耐磨环。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型是采用以下方案是这样实现的:一种高浓度输送泵陶瓷孔板耐磨环,其特征在于在输送泵的管道口(1)与孔板(2)相接触部位分别设有陶瓷密封环。
本实用新型根据陶瓷是自然界中硬度仅次于金刚石的特点,将阀门易冲刷部位及封面采用工艺陶瓷化处理,制成瓷硬密封阀门,从而达到了耐磨、防腐蚀、防结垢、耐高温、寿命长的效果。

具体实施方式
根据图1、2所示,在输送泵的管道口(1)与孔板(2)相接触部位分别设有陶瓷密封环。在开启和关闭过程中,孔板(2)在管道口(1)的两个口间来回转换密封,陶瓷环将金属和介质隔离,使具有高硬度、高腐蚀性的介质与高硬度的陶瓷环相接触,极大的提高了输送泵孔板的耐磨性能,大幅提高了输送泵的使用寿命,真正保证了工厂的连续正常运行。
