悬索多叶风轮式风力发电装置属于风力发电设备;在回转体上配装转动轴,转动轴与发电机转轴连接,在转动轴上依次固装前轮毂、中轮毂和后轮毂,轮圈配置在转动轴外侧部,在轮圈上均布设置挂耳,辐条的两端分别连接在挂耳和前轮毂上,叶片辐条组合体两端部分别与挂耳和中、后轮毂连接;本装置结构简单,重量轻,制造成本低廉,风轮强度高,作业适应能力强,安全性好,使用寿命长,作业可靠,尤其适合低风区风力发电使用。

本实用新型属于风力发电设备,主要涉及风力发电装置中的风轮部件。
背景技术
目前,我国的大型风力发电设备中,均采用三叶风轮,该类三叶风轮主要适用于高风速地区的风力发电使用,在低风速状况下运转缓慢无力,发电能力无法发挥,而我国大部份地区为低风速区,上述设备在我国广大地区推广应用受到限制。为解决三叶风轮的风力发电设备不能满足和适应低风速作业条件,为了得到高风速,现实中许多风力发电设备的塔架制造安装高度大幅度提高,不仅制造安装成本增加,风力发电成本居高不下,而且其在风力发电生产与设备安装中的安全性也较差,大风条件下风轮叶片断裂故障也多有发生,设备使用寿命降低,且大风时必须停车,调速、调向等机构结构复杂。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述已有技术存在的问题,设计提供一种新结构的悬索多叶风轮式风力发电装置,达到满足和适应高、低风速区风力发电通用、简化结构、降低生产制造与运行发电成本、提高安全性能的目的。
本实用新型的基本设计是,悬索多叶风轮式风力发电装置包括回转体、发电机、塔架、固定拉索,在回转体上可转动地配装转动轴,该转动轴与发电机转轴连接,在转动轴上从前至后依次固装前轮毂、中轮毂和后轮毂,轮圈配置在转动轴外侧部,在轮圈上均布设置挂耳,辐条的外端头和里端头分别连接在挂耳和前轮毂上,叶片辐条组合体的外端部与挂耳连接,叶片辐条组合体的里端部同时连接在中轮毂和后轮毂上。
本实用新型的风轮采用受力科学合理的自行车轮结构,多个叶片辐条组合体在轮圈内均布,控制其在轮圈内的扭转角度,满足和适应高、低风速条件的的旋转运动及发电要求,具有结构简单紧凑、重量轻、制造成本低廉、风轮强度高、作业适应能力强、适用范围广、安全性好、使用寿命长、作业可靠、故障少的特点,尤其适合低风区风力发电作业使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的最佳实施方案进行详细描述.悬索多叶风轮式风力发电装置包括回转体5、发电机6、塔架7、固定拉索8,在回转体5上可转动地配装转动轴11,该转动轴11与发电机6转轴连接,在转动轴11上从前至后依次固装前轮毂2、中轮毂3和后轮毂4,轮圈9配置在转动轴11外侧部,在轮圈9上均布设置挂耳12,辐条1的外端头和里端头分别连接在挂耳12和前轮毂2上,叶片辐条组合体10的外端部与挂耳12连接,叶片辐条组合体10的里端部同时连接在中轮毂3和后轮毂4上.发电机6采用直驱永磁低速发电机.
风力发电作业时,回转体5在塔架7上可任意转动,以保证风向与轮圈9平面之间的垂直,风力吹向叶片辐条组合体10,在侧向力作用下,叶片辐条组合体10分别经中、后轮毂3、4和轮圈9、辐条1、前轮毂2带动转动轴11旋转,转动轴11驱动发电机6转动发电。辐条1将轮圈9强制牵引,保证轮圈9整体强度,消除叶片辐条组合体10旋转作业中飞出和轮圈9破裂事故发生。回转体5在塔架7上可随风向自由偏转,废除风力发电设备上的偏航系统,以及采用直驱永磁低速的发电机6,减少了繁杂的中间传动系统,从整体上简化了风力发电装置的结构。

1.一种悬索多叶风轮式风力发电装置,包括回转体(5)、发电机(6)、塔架(7)、固定拉索(8),其特征在于在回转体(5)上可转动地配装转动轴(11),该转动轴(11)与发电机(6)转轴连接,在转动轴(11)上从前至后依次固装前轮毂(2)、中轮毂(3)和后轮毂(4),轮圈(9)配置在转动轴(11)外侧部,在轮圈(9)上均布设置挂耳(12),辐条(1)的外端头和里端头分别连接在挂耳(12)和前轮毂(2)上,叶片辐条组合体(10)的外端部与挂耳(12)连接,叶片辐条组合体(10)的里端部同时连接在中轮毂(3)和后轮毂(4)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的悬索多叶风轮式风力发电装置,其特征在于发电机(6)采用直驱永磁低速发电机。
