本实用新型涉及一种设备,特别是一种盘管式液体菌种培养器。
背景技术
现有液体菌种培养器的整个罐体主要由内夹层、外夹层、冷却装置组成。夹层浪费了原材料,增加了生产成本,含有冷却装置的夹层其一侧暴露在空气中,导致冷却速度缓慢,能源浪费大。培养器顶部是封死的,不容易清洗,容易造成死角,灭菌困难。采用蒸气消毒的过滤器为外置式,多次使用会影响滤芯的质量,缩短过滤器的使用寿命,且灭菌操作繁琐,容易污染。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种操作简便、不易染菌的盘管式液体菌种培养器。
本实用新型可通过如下方式来实现:罐体顶盖设有进料口、排气阀、安全阀和压力表,罐体上设有可视窗,罐体侧面设有温度探测棒,罐体底部设有出料口,所述的罐体顶盖与罐体分离,罐体顶盖上设有螺栓,进气口与罐体空气过滤器连接,罐体内安装有隔板,罐体内设有加热棒和盘管,进水口与加热棒连接,加热棒与盘管连接。
罐体底部设有滑轮;罐体顶盖上设有提手。
本实用新型罐体顶盖与罐体分离,罐体顶盖可以打开,方便清洗,灭菌无死角;由于盘管设在罐体内部,升温降温迅速并节省能源;具有操作方便、不易染菌、灵活移动、安全性好、体积小、造价低的特点,特别适用于食用菌液体菌种的培养。

请阅图1,罐体顶盖设有进料口3、排气阀5、安全阀4和压力表2,罐体顶盖可与罐体分离,罐体顶盖的边缘设计了九个等距离的螺栓6,可与罐体顶盖边缘吻合密封;罐体内安装有加热棒15和盘管16,罐体外的进水口14与加热棒15连接,加热棒15与盘管16连接,加热棒15为套管,夹层可通水,中间芯为加热器,水从夹层通过,经盘管16螺旋上升由出水口13排出;罐体内部安装有两个空气过滤器8,罐体外部的进气口7与罐体内部第一个空气过滤器连接,气体从第一个空气过滤器进入第二个空气过滤器,再通过导管10进入罐体底部,罐体同空气过滤器一同灭菌,提高空气过滤器8的使用寿命,防止染菌,能有效的过滤空气;罐体内部安装有隔板固定架,可将隔板11固定于罐体中上层,隔板11形似斗笠,中间高,边缘低,料液可迅速沿隔板11边缘流到盘管16区域;罐体中上部、中下部均设有可视窗9,便于观察罐体内部培养液体菌种的状况;罐体侧面安装有两个温度探测棒12,罐体底部设有出料口18和滑轮17,罐体顶盖上设有提手1,方便移动使用培养器.
本实用新型在培养液体菌种前,无菌的高温蒸汽经过出料口18进入罐内,将罐体内进行彻底灭菌,防止染菌。当用于培养液体菌种时,液体菌种从进料口3进入罐体内,空气泵将空气经进气管7进入内置的空气过滤器8,气体经导管10鼓入罐体中,气泡经隔板11阻挡均匀散开。温度探测棒12用来监控所培养液体菌种的温度。当发酵温度过高时,冷却水经进水口14进入盘管16,可使盘管16周围的料液快速降温,而且冷却水与料液分开,不会造成污染,实现快速冷却的目的;当发酵温度过低时,加热棒15开始工作,使罐体内保持适宜的温度。培养好的液体菌种通过出料口18放出。

1.一种盘管式液体菌种培养器,罐体顶盖设有进料口(3)、排气阀(5)、安全阀(4)和压力表(2),罐体上设有可视窗(9),罐体侧面设有温度探测棒(12),罐体底部设有出料口(18),其特征在于罐体顶盖与罐体分离,罐体顶盖上设有螺栓(6),进气口(7)与罐体空气过滤器(8)连接,罐体内安装有隔板(11),罐体内设有加热棒(15)和盘管(16),进水口(14)与加热棒(15)连接,加热棒(15)与盘管(16)连接。
