背景技术
无色光学玻璃生产一般分为间歇式熔炼和连续式熔炼,连续式熔炼24小时不间断生产,生产效率高,同时对设备也有较高要求。特别是镧系光学玻璃连续式生产线,熔制温度高达1200-1400℃,还要避免引入铁、镍、锰等着色粒子污染玻璃,因此业内普遍采用金属铂制造熔制坩埚,为了保持生产线的温度,还使用金属铂制作保温电极,更进一步提高了设备成本。

本实用新型提供一种连续式光学玻璃生产装置,结构简单紧凑,成本低。
一种连续式光学玻璃生产线,包括加料池,澄清池,降温管,出料池,出料管,所述出料管上有电极式加热装置。
所述加料池和澄清池之间为开放式法兰口连接,开放式法兰口部位有电极式加热装置。
所述电极式加热装置的电极材料为金属钯。
本实用新型结构简单、紧凑,制造成本低,特别是用金属钯作为加热电极的材料,大幅度降低了制造成本。

具体实施方式
图1示出了一种连续式镧系光学玻璃生产线,根据产品生产中的加料、熔炼、升温、搅拌、降温等不同生产工艺过程,生产线分为加料池1、澄清池3和出料池5三个工艺部分,玻璃液从加料池1加入,从出料池5流出,生产线24小时不间断生产.加料池1与澄清池3之间以开放式法兰口2连接,澄清池3与出料池5之间为降温管4连接,玻璃液从出料池5上的出料管6排出.为保持玻璃液的温度,在开放式法兰口2部分及出料管6部分均安装有电极式加热装置,在电极间通以低电压大电流,使该部分保持1300-1400℃,电极材料具有高熔点和良好的导电性.金属钯是银白色金属,较软,有良好的延展性和可塑性,能锻造、压延和拉丝,其熔点为1554℃,其市场价格只有铂的1/8,密度只有铂的一半,制作同样的电极,使用钯的成本只有用铂的1/16,而二者的导电性能相似,据此,优选钯作为电极材料.且铂钯的相互焊接性能非常好,完全不会产生裂缝.为了防止加载在电极上的瞬间电流过大,电极瞬间升温而被击穿,可将钯电极的厚度增加0.5mm之后再与原厚度的铂制电极根部焊接,保证了钯电极的电流密度远小于铂的电极密度,弥补钯电极的熔点比铂电极低100℃的缺陷,有效避免了电流击穿.
当然,本实用新型还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本实用新型精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员可根据本实用新型作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本实用新型所附的权利要求的保护范围。

2.根据权利要求1所述的连续式光学玻璃生产线,其特征在于:所述加料池(1)和澄清池(3)之间为开放式法兰口(2)连接,开放式法兰口(2)部位有电极式加热装置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的连续式光学玻璃生产线,其特征在于:所述电极式加热装置的电极材料为金属钯。
