本实用新型涉及一种适用于各种材质的直管、螺纹管及U型管等包装运输中使用的管卡。
背景技术
加工成型的薄壁管材在运输中为避免碰撞变形或磨损，需要在装载管材的包装箱内部安设隔离减震设施，或需要为每种不同管径管材设计不同的包装箱框架和隔板，不仅结构复杂，使用不便，而且也大大增加厂家包装运输成本。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术存在的不足而提供一种能简化管材装箱包装结构，使用方便，成本低，可避免管材在运输中碰撞变形或磨损的包装用管卡。
本实用新型为解决上述问题所采取的技术方案是：包括一个块状体，沿块状体的纵向开设有前后贯穿的圆柱形卡槽，卡槽开口位于块状体的一侧，使块状体的横截面呈三面包绕状。
按上述方案，所述的块状体横截面呈矩形。
按上述方案，在所述块状体对应卡槽开口的另一侧设置有一个弧形凹槽。
按上述方案，所述的块状体由工程塑料制成。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图进一步说明本实用新型的实施例，包括有一个块状体1，块状体横截面呈矩形，沿块状体的纵向开设有前后贯穿的圆柱形卡槽3，圆柱形卡槽的圆孔部分直径小于或等于包装管材直径0.5～1mm，卡槽开口2位于块状体的一侧，使块状体的横截面呈三面包绕状，卡槽开口的尺寸小于或等于圆柱形卡槽圆孔部分直径1～5mm；在所述块状体对应卡槽开口的另一侧设置有一个弧形凹槽4，弧形凹槽弧度为Л/6～Л/3，这样即可增强管卡的弹性，也可当管材叠放在包装箱5中时避免管卡与管材的碰触.所述块状体由工程塑料制成.

1.一种包装用管卡，其特征在于包括一个块状体，沿块状体的纵向开设有前后贯穿的圆柱形卡槽，卡槽开口位于块状体的一侧，使块状体的横截面呈三面包绕状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包装用管卡，其特征在于所述的块状体横截面呈矩形。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的包装用管卡，其特征在于在所述块状体对应卡槽开口的另一侧设置有一个弧形凹槽。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的包装用管卡，其特征在于所述的块状体由工程塑料制成。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的包装用管卡，其特征在于圆柱形卡槽的圆孔部分直径小于或等于包装管材直径0.5～1mm。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的包装用管卡，其特征在于卡槽开口的尺寸小于或等于圆柱形卡槽圆孔部分直径1～5mm。
