本实用新型涉及机械加工工具领域。具体地说涉及一种弯钢管拉直装置。
背景技术
在建筑领域，所用的脚手架都是钢管制作时，钢管一旦发生弯曲，就不能正常使用，需要将其拉直才能使用。现有的弯钢管拉直装置一般结构复杂，生产成本高，有的使用不够方便，效果也不够好。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有弯钢管拉直装置上述之不足，而提供一种使用方便的弯钢管拉直装置。
本实用新型由立架、螺杆、螺帽、手摇轮、钢管弧形卡口、左钢管弧形卡口和右钢管弧形卡口组成；螺杆通过螺帽安装在立架上，手摇轮固定在螺杆一端，钢管弧形卡口固定在螺杆另一端，左钢管弧形卡口和右钢管弧形卡口分别固定在立架左、右两侧。
本实用新型的优点是：它结构简单，生产成本低，使用方便，拉直效果好，不损伤钢管。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，螺杆2通过螺帽3安装在立架1上，手摇轮4固定在螺杆2一端，钢管弧形卡口5固定在螺杆2另一端，左钢管弧形卡口6和右钢管弧形卡口7分别固定在立架1左、右两侧。
使用时，将弯钢管8两端分别卡在左钢管弧形卡口6和右钢管弧形卡口7中，转动手摇轮，使钢管弧形卡口5抵在弯钢管8上，继续转动手摇轮，却可将弯钢管8拉直。

1.一种弯钢管拉直装置，其特征在于它由立架(1)、螺杆(2)、螺帽(3)、手摇轮(4)、钢管弧形卡口(5)、左钢管弧形卡口(6)和右钢管弧形卡口(7)组成；螺杆(2)通过螺帽(3)安装在立架(1)上，手摇轮(4)固定在螺杆(2)一端，钢管弧形卡口(5)固定在螺杆(2)另一端，左钢管弧形卡口(6)和右钢管弧形卡口(7)分别固定在立架(1)左、右两侧。
