技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种金属复合板材,尤其是爆炸复合方法的金属复合板,属于金属复合板制造领域。
背景技术
Ti-6Al-4V合金是用途广泛的钛合金,在航空、汽车、能源、舰船、化工、医疗器械及体育用品等所有应用领域中,该合金占到50%以上。在航空业中,Ti-6Al-4V合金用作重要的零部件,从隔板、机翼、机架到压气机盘、发动机、叶片、气瓶。Ti-6Al-4V是近α合金,具有α+β双相结构。工业级与ELI级Ti-6Al-4V的β转变温度分别为:1010℃~1020℃和970℃~980℃。采用形变热处理,可使合金的显微组织发生变化,从针状组织或片状组织(β转变组织)变成等轴(α+β)组织。等轴组织与针状或片状组织的拉伸强度差异不很明显,而等轴组织的延伸率及疲劳寿命是后者的两倍。因此,等轴组织更适合用于对低周疲劳寿命有严格要求的转动部件,例如压气机盘。然而,β转变组织较(α+β)组织有更好的断裂韧性及高温蠕变强度。
但Ti-6Al-4V合金的成本价值高,大规模生产应用还很受限制。
发明内容
本实用新型目的是,以炸药作为能源,通过爆炸复合的方法生产Ti-6Al-4V合金和钢铁复合板,从而充分利用Ti-6Al-4V合金高性能的条件下,降低使用成本,保证以满足我国化工、冶金等行业大型装备的用途和需要。
本实用新型的技术方案是:Ti-6Al-4V合金和钢板的爆炸复合板,Ti-6Al-4V合金板的厚度在3-20mm,钢板基板厚度为20-100mm。
复层Ti-6Al-4V合金和基层碳钢板之间采用支撑垫片安装、炸药铺置完成后在短边中布置爆速较高的炸药,最终使之实现罗大面积的连续焊接,爆炸复合一次成型后可使贴合率达到100%,最小剪切强度τb≥196Mpa。
Ti-6Al-4V合金-钢复合板的爆炸复合是把Ti-6Al-4V合金作为负载面的表层,钢板作为承受载荷的另外一层。爆炸复合是以炸药为能源,在引爆的瞬间,炸药所潜在的化学能,即转化为光能、声能、热能和机械能。爆炸复合就是利用炸药所释放出来的热能和机械能,在高压脉冲载荷作用下,使复板在炸药能量的作用下依次向基板加速运动,并形成一定的弯折角,才能形成基、复板间原子间的结合。
本实用新型的有益效果是:可以较低成本用于高温、化学/石化工工业设备中,也可用于电厂设备。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明本实用新型的实施方式。
Ti-6Al-4V合金板-钢板基板的爆炸复合:在现场安装时将Ti-6Al-4V合金板(如超级Ti-6Al-4V合金00Cr25Ni7Mo4N)放置在上面,钢板作为下面一层基板,首先两板之间支撑间隙加大采用10mm,边缘支撑间隙、平行放置,以满足整板材受力分布平均的需要,保证最终复合板力学性能达到平衡,且为了避免药量大在爆炸复合过程中会烧伤复板面,防护层也要加厚。工具钢板的厚度在3-20mm,基板厚度为20-100mm钢板,主体炸药选用2#岩石炸药,爆速2200~3200mm/s。Ti-6Al-4V合金板表面加以防护后均匀布置2#岩石炸药,在沿着宽度边缘布置一条高爆速的1#炸药,其爆速5000~6500mm/s,药条厚度高于主体炸药10mm,宽度为15mm,起爆点放在Ti-6Al-4V合金板边部(见图1)。爆炸复合后,经热处理、矫平,贴合率为100%,剪切强度τb≥196Mpa。Ti-6Al-4V合金和钢板的爆炸复合板经加工成型后构成石油、化工造船、制药、核工业的较低成本的用材。
