门铰是门或窗在安装时必须用到的零配件，缺了它门或窗就无法安装，现在的门铰既讲究耐用，也讲究美观。申请人之前发明的一种门铰，由第一固定部和第二固定部组成，第一固定部和第二固定部之间为活动连接，第二固定部上设有固定片，固定片通过两颗螺丝和第二固定部固定在一起，两颗螺丝位于一凹部内。这种结构最主要的问题是两个颗螺丝裸露在外，既容易生锈，更显得不美观，影响形象。
