一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种针织染整行业的湿处理加工设备，尤其涉及一种针织物染色后绳状水洗联合机。
二、背景技术
针织物在染色后需进行水洗，以清洗掉布面残留的浮色浆料，以使面料进一步固色，而目前针织物在染色后的绳状水洗是在单台绳状水洗机中进行，它必须多次换液：即多次换清水、多次换皂液、多次换热水才能完成面料的清洗，其不能连续化生产，从而使得针织水洗效率低、耗能大、用水量大。
三、发明内容
针对上述缺点，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能连续化生产、针织水洗效率高、能耗低和用水量小的针织物染色后绳状水洗联合机。
本实用新型的技术内容为，一种针织物染色后绳状水洗联合机，其特征是它包括平幅进布架、二辊绳状轧车、敞口式绳状松式水洗机、封闭式绳状松式水洗机和平幅落布架；所述二辊绳状轧车安装在平幅进布架后端，在二辊绳状轧车后端前后依次串联安装2～4台敞口式绳状松式水洗机、2～4台封闭式绳状松式水洗机、2～3台敞口式绳状松式水洗机和平幅落布架。
在本实用新型中，敞口式绳状松式水洗机是对针织物进行清水洗涤，封闭式绳状松式水洗机是对针织物进行热水洗涤，通过将2～4台敞口式绳状松式水洗机、2～4台封闭式绳状松式水洗机和2～3台敞口式绳状松式水洗机的串联安装，实现针织物染色后水洗的连续化生产。
本实用新型通过将平幅进布架、二辊绳状轧车、敞口式绳状松式水洗机、封闭式绳状松式水洗机和平幅落布架采用串联式连接组成针织物染色后绳状水洗联合机，实现针织物可连续化生产，使得水洗效率提高、能耗降低和用水量减小。
