本实用新型工作过程:首先,将螺母9松开,将活节螺栓8沿旋转轴旋到右边,使两处钻模板7可以绕铰链轴12自由旋转;将钻模板7沿铰链轴12旋起,将工件17以外圆定位放置在夹具体内的4块相同的V型铁16上,利用夹具体两侧的4个调整螺栓2,调节工件左右方向,使工件端面上所划圆弧垂直分中线正对夹具体端面的找正顶尖13,工件17在左右调整过程中,始终与V型铁16相切,通过此操作可以保证圆弧对称分中线垂直于夹具体底面,也就是工作台面,同时与左右两组V型铁16分中线重合.由于两处钻模板7上的钻套孔与V型铁16分中线制造时严格的保证了两者之间的尺寸,这样也就很严格的保证了孔与圆弧对称分中的尺寸.其次,将工件17沿轴向用顶紧螺杆15顶紧,使工件17一端大外圆台阶端面切紧找正顶尖13一侧的V型铁16内端面,由于两处钻模板7上的钻套孔与V型铁16内端面制造时严格的保证了两者之间的尺寸,这样也就很严格的保证了孔与工件17端面的尺寸.同时由于两端大外圆台阶端面与小外圆端面尺寸不同,因此若想将工件17反方向放入,将不会放置在两V型铁16之间.通过以上操作,可以完全将工件17定位在准确的加工位置.调节支撑螺钉14,使其与工件17外圆弧面接触,起到辅助支撑作用.将两处钻模板7沿铰链轴12旋下,使其右端定位止口22与活节螺栓支座22上的止口配合,由于用左端铰链轴12和右端活节螺栓8固定座上的止口分别限制了钻模板7六个方向自由度,所以能很准确的定位.同时两处钻模板7上钻套孔与左端铰链轴12和右端活节螺栓8固定座上的止口用加工方法保证很准确位置关系,而在制造时又很严格的保证了铰链轴12及右端活节螺栓8固定座上的止口与4块相同的V型铁16之间的尺寸,所以可以很准确的保证孔距及孔与端面尺寸.最后,用活节螺栓8将两处钻模板7压紧,再用两处压紧装置6将工件17压紧,用钻头钻快换钻套4对应的小孔,去掉快换钻套4,钻固定钻套5对应的阶梯孔即成,然后松开螺母9,旋转活节螺栓8,旋起钻模板7,将工件17取出,即完成了对工件17上孔的加工.The working process of the utility model: firstly, the
