随着社会的发展，人们对餐具的卫生要求也逐渐提高，餐具消毒器得到广泛的应用。常见的餐具消毒器一般采用臭氧或者紫外线进行消毒杀菌，然而这两种方式的消毒和杀菌效果都难以令人满意，给卫生用餐带来了安全隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种餐具蒸汽消毒器，达到彻底的消毒杀菌效果。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的一种餐具蒸汽消毒器，包括壳体，壳体的上部设置有放置餐具和道具的支承架，所述壳体内部安装有蒸汽发生装置。
作为上述技术方案的改进，所述蒸汽发生装置是设置在壳体底部的发热盘，发热盘上设置有温度检测元件。
作为上述技术方案的另一种改进，所述蒸汽发生装置包括储水槽，该储水槽内安装有发热管，储水槽的侧面开有蒸汽喷射孔。
本实用新型的有益效果是：这种餐具蒸汽消毒器由于采用了上述结构，将餐具和刀具放置在支承架上便可以通过蒸汽发生装置产生的蒸汽进行消毒和杀菌，其效果彻底，可以有效保证人们的用餐卫生。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2，本实用新型的一种餐具蒸汽消毒器，包括壳体1，壳体1的上部设置有放置餐具和道具的支承架2，所述壳体1内部安装有蒸汽发生装置。上述支承架2上开有若干供餐具和刀具放置的开口。这种餐具蒸汽消毒器由于采用了上述结构，将餐具和刀具放置在支承架上便可以通过蒸汽发生装置产生的蒸汽进行消毒和杀菌，其效果彻底，可以有效保证人们的用餐卫生。
所述蒸汽发生装置是设置在壳体1底部的发热盘3，所述发热盘3上设置有温度检测元件4.往发热盘3注入水，加热产生高温水蒸汽，对位于发热盘3上方的餐具和刀具进行消毒和杀菌.温度检测元件4可以检测并控制发热盘3的温度，实现水完全蒸发后，发热盘仍发热一段时间，利用其热辐射对餐具和刀具进行干燥.
参照图3，作为本实用新型的另一个实施例，所述蒸汽发生装置包括储水槽5，该储水槽5内安装有发热管6，储水槽5的侧面开有蒸汽喷射孔51。往储水槽5注入水，发热管6发热产生高温水蒸汽，水蒸汽从蒸汽喷射孔51喷出，实现对餐具和刀具进行消毒和杀菌。
所述支承架2上安装有用于放置小餐具的餐具框7，可以方便小餐具的消毒。

1.一种餐具蒸汽消毒器，包括壳体(1)，壳体(1)的上部设置有放置餐具和道具的支承架(2)，其特征在于所述壳体(1)内部安装有蒸汽发生装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的餐具蒸汽消毒器，其特征在于所述蒸汽发生装置是设置在壳体(1)底部的发热盘(3)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的餐具蒸汽消毒器，其特征在于所述发热盘(3)上设置有温度检测元件(4)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的餐具蒸汽消毒器，其特征在于所述蒸汽发生装置包括储水槽(5)，该储水槽(5)内安装有发热管(6)，储水槽(5)的侧面开有蒸汽喷射孔(51)。
5.根据权利要求1、3或4所述的餐具蒸汽消毒器，其特征在于所述支承架(2)上安装有用于放置小餐具的餐具框(7)。
