Abstract

所属技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种烟火制品，尤其是能用于农林业防霜冻、杀虫及军事和影视业燃放烟雾的电热点火烟雾发生装置。
背景技术
目前，农林业常用的粉末颗粒状烟雾剂以及军事和影视业使用的一种烟饼，均采用现场堆放或用容器盛装，由人工近距离接触点火燃放。这些烟雾制品施放中不仅产生明火，而且造成粉尘飞散，给人和周围环境的安全造成威胁。
发明内容
为了克服现有烟雾剂人工近距离点火产生明火和粉尘飞散的安全隐患，本实用新型提供一种电热点火烟雾发生装置，不仅可实现无明火远距离可控点火，使燃放过程中无粉尘飞散，而且在接入附加装置后还可实现自控点火。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：该电热点火烟雾发生装置由烟蕊、外壳和导线组成，其特征是，在烟蕊上有引火槽，在引火槽端部凹坑埋有电热丝，电热丝与导线电联接。烟蕊是按不同用途的配方加入粘结剂和阻燃剂制成的具有一定几何形状的固体发烟体，烟蕊外部有开口暴露烟蕊的外壳，不仅便于防潮和运输，而且可防止在燃放过程中的粉尘飞散。烟蕊外露面上分布有连续凹槽，凹槽中注入按配方制成的引火胶而形成引火槽，引火槽端部凹坑埋有电热丝，电热丝与导线电联接。导线与电源开关相连，用干电池供电。导线也可与附加装置如温控、定时、遥控装置联接，以便于按需要选择远距离可控点火或通过附加装置实现自控点火。
本实用新型的有益效果是，它通过在烟蕊引火槽埋入电热丝连接导线，实现了无明火远距离电热安全点火，而且将现有粉末颗粒状烟雾剂制成大块固体形状的烟蕊并增加外壳防护，有效避免了燃放过程中的粉尘飞散。同时，通过导线外接附加装置，使自控电火也成为现实。

具体实施方式
在图1中，将按配方配制的烟雾剂与阻燃剂、粘结剂按比例混合搅拌，装入专用模具压制成型，制成一个面上有凹槽且槽端部有凹坑的固体烟蕊1.把烟蕊1有凹槽的一面朝上，整体浸入生石膏浆中，使有凹槽的烟蕊1的边部与石膏浆液面平行，烟蕊出浆后石膏浆硬化便在烟蕊1表面的浸入部分形成外壳2.将用烟火引信类配方制成的引火剂加入胶粘剂制成胶糊状引火胶备用.取一段5欧姆电热丝4弯成U型，电热丝4两端与导线5锡焊连接.先把焊好的电热丝4放入烟蕊1面上凹槽端部的凹坑中，然后注入上述配制好的引火胶，使凹坑和凹槽布满引火胶，这样在烟蕊露出面上就形成了引火槽3，且在引火槽3端部凹坑中，电热丝4被引火胶裹埋，电热丝4与导线5、引火槽3和烟蕊1构成连续联通.在导线5接入12伏干电池可实现3秒内远距离点火，在导线5接入附加装置如温控、定时、遥控等装置，可实现自控点火.
