背景技术
目前，国内通用手术床配备的上肢托架均为单臂托架，由于开胸手术绝大部分采用侧卧位，传统单臂托架只能托起手术另侧的胳臂，而术侧的胳臂只能抬高，前拉斜置于床前的屏架上或悬吊在屏架下方，由于屏架较细，开胸手术时间长，极易造成胳臂局部受压缺血，术后病人手臂麻木。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种在侧卧位开胸手术时可对患者双臂进行有效支撑，患者感觉舒适的侧卧位手术用上肢托架。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：该侧卧位手术用上肢托架由下托板、上托板、固定板、套筒、支撑杆、连接板组成，下托板一端底面的螺杆上通过紧固螺母固定着倒“L”形连接板，另一端上面的方形套筒内通过紧固螺栓紧固着上面设有固定孔并与套筒内腔相适应的支撑杆，支撑杆上端连有固定板，固定板一端通过折页与上托板一端铰接。
使用时，通过连接板与手术床相连，根据病人肩部宽度调节上、下托板之间的距离，将两只手臂分别放置在上、下托板上即可手术。
本实用新型的优点：结构简单，使用方便，上、下托板之间距离可调，能对患者双臂进行有效支撑，患者感觉舒适；同时，由于上托板能翻转折叠，避免了在给病人测量血压、输液时卸去血压袖带、拔掉静脉输液器等诸多麻烦。
