背景技术
目前，在给患者进行手术时，往往需要患者侧卧位，并将两个上肢分别搭在固定架上。而现在使用的固定架，由于两个肢体托板之间的距离不能调节，很难适应不同肩宽的患者，患者感觉不舒适，并且容易造成肢体的压迫或损伤；同时也影响输液管路的通畅和血压袖带的使用，影响手术的顺利进行。
