一种带冷却装置的磁力泵,是由泵轴、外磁转子组件、氮气接口所组成。在轴承座内腔的上下两端泵轴上设置有轴承A、轴承B,轴承B的上面从下至上泵轴上依次套有轴承套、螺母、内磁转子组件、隔离套;所述的轴承座上端与电机支架联接,轴承座及电机支架上都设有通道并与设置在电机支架右边的氮气接口相通。本实用新型轴承间用氮气气封能防止介质蒸汽外泄,而又不接触介质;无脂润滑轴承,干运转可达3年,氮气进口比物料入口压力高0.2MPa,阻止介质接触轴承,同时冷却轴承及外磁转子组件、内磁转件组件之间的散热。延长了泵的使用寿命,降低了维修成本。

本实用新型涉及到泵,特别是涉及到一种带冷却装置的磁力泵。
背景技术:
磁力泵广泛适用于化工、石油、炼化、制药等领域的有毒、含固体颗粒介质、含有毒气体介质、接近沸点介质的输送。由于采用特种密集型、聚磁式、推拉磁路相耦合的磁力驱动装置,具有结构紧凑、体积小、转矩大、涡流小、磁传动效率高等优点。但同样存在着内磁转子和外磁转子之间运转时磁场切割磁力线所产生的涡流热量无法散热的缺陷。从而导致因涡流热高而引起磁钢退磁,滑动轴承和止推轴承容易磨损,泵的故障率高等问题。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的就是要提供一种带冷却装置的磁力泵,它能克服以上产品所存在的问题。本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,一种带冷却装置的磁力泵,是由泵轴、外磁转子组件、氮气接口所组成,其特征在于:在轴承座内腔的上下两端泵轴上设置有轴承A、轴承B,轴承B的上面从下至上泵轴上依次套有轴承套、螺母、内磁转子组件、隔离套;所述的轴承座上端与电机支架联接,轴承座及电机支架上都设有通道并与设置在电机支架右边的氮气接口相通。本实用新型轴承间用氮气气封能防止介质蒸汽外泄,而又不接触介质;无脂润滑轴承,干运转可达3年,氮气进口比物料入口压力高0.2MPa,阻止介质接触轴承,同时冷却轴承及外磁转子组件、内磁转件组件之间的散热。延长了泵的使用寿命,降低了维修成本。

一种带冷却装置的磁力泵,是由泵轴7、外磁转子组件1、氮气接口4所组成,其特征在于:在轴承座9内腔的上下两端泵轴7上设置有轴承A、轴承B8,轴承B8的上面从下至上泵轴7上依次套有轴承套6、螺母、内磁转子组件5、隔离套3;所述的轴承座9上端与电机支架2联接,轴承座9及电机支架2上都设有通道并与设置在电机支架右边的氮气接口4相通。具体实施时,当电机带动套在其上的外磁转子组件转动时,外磁转子组件使内磁转件带动泵轴转动,轴承A、轴承B支撑着泵轴,内磁转子和外磁转子之间运转时磁场切割磁力线就会产生涡流热量,涡流热过高会引起磁钢退磁,滑动轴承和止推轴承容易磨损,这时通过氮气接口,由轴承座通道、电机支架上通道输入氮气,由于氮气进口比物料入口压力高0.2MPa,所以能阻止介质接触轴承,同时又能冷却轴承及外磁转子组件、内磁转件组件之间的散热。

1.一种带冷却装置的磁力泵,是由泵轴(7)、外磁转子组件(1)、氮气接口(4)所组成,其特征在于:在轴承座(9)内腔的上下两端泵轴(7)上设置有轴承A、轴承B(8),轴承B(8)的上面从下至上泵轴(7)上依次套有轴承套(6)、螺母、内磁转子组件(5)、隔离套(3);所述的轴承座(9)上端与电机支架(2)联接,轴承座(9)及电机支架(2)上都设有通道并与设置在电机支架右边的氮气接口(4)相通。
