本实用新型属于工业废水再利用,具体涉及一种高炉炉渣处理系统水循环装置。
背景技术:
炼铁高炉炉渣处理系统采用带蒸汽冷凝的INBA炉渣处理工艺,水的消耗量较大,成品渣中有23%的水没有回收,造成用水浪费,水消耗量为一天消耗3000立方米。
发明内容:
本实用新型旨在提供能够减少水消耗量的一种高炉炉渣处理系统水循环装置。
实现本实用新型的技术方案是:包括冷却水塔、集水池、水泵、过滤器,其特征是集水池内设有水泵的输入管道,水泵通过管道连接过滤器,过滤器的输出管道通向冷却水塔,水泵设在集水池的池外。
集水池建在水渣堆场并能够使水自流到集水池,通过水泵将集水池中的水输送到冷却水塔,进行重复使用,节约了水资源。安装本实用新型后的水消耗量为一天消耗2100立方米。
