本实用新型涉及沼气技术领域,具体涉及一种球形玻璃钢沼气池。
背景技术
目前,农村建造的沼气池常常采用两种模式:1、直接采用砖砌,混凝土现浇,采用水泥砂浆做粘和料;2、用钢筋混凝土制成预制件,然后现场拼装,用水泥砂浆粘合而成。上述两种建沼气池的模式完成了沼气池的建筑、安装,需要备用水泥、砂、石、砖块等材料,特别是在山区农村或远离原材料的农村要建造沼气池费时费力,且成本高,时间长。另外,沼气池池体气密难度大,稍有不慎很容易造成漏气,因此选择场地性强、安全系数低、维修率高、使用寿命短、建池成功率低。
为此,本申请人就针对现有家庭用沼气池存在的上述问题,提出了一种新型的球形玻璃钢沼气池。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是如何提供一种球形玻璃钢沼气池,该球形玻璃钢沼气池保温性好、结实耐用、密封性好、池体轻巧、设计合理、产气多供气足、成本低、物料发酵充分、建造快捷简便、安全可靠等优点,能克服目前沼气池的诸多缺点,适于广大的农村或城市中的家庭使用。
本实用新型所提出的技术问题是这样解决的:构造一种球形玻璃钢沼气池,其特征在于,包括上半球、下半球和水压室;所述上半球和下半球密封连接呈一球形;所述上半球侧壁上设置有进料管连接口,进料管经进料管连接口与上半球相连接;所述上半球侧壁上设置有水压室连接口,水压室的侧壁上设置有与水压室连接口相匹配的上半球连接口;所述上半球顶端设置有用于导出沼气的出气孔;所述设置水压室连接口处的上半球内壁上设置有挡板。

本实用新型所提供的球形玻璃钢沼气池的有益效果是:
1、整个沼气池体均采用高分子复合材料制造,填充纳米材料,强度高、重量轻,安装运输方便,力学性能好,气密性好,产气率高,占地面积小,保温性能好,在寒冷的冬季,由于地热的传导功能,仍可照常使用,价格适宜,使用寿命长,操作方便,利于管理;
2、池体由上半球和下半球组成,进料管与池中心连线两边90度夹角以外的任何方位都可以安置水压室;
3、池体只需要按照施工图挖好池坑,只用3个小时即可安装完毕,完全免去了购运9400公斤的构件和建池原材料,省去了16个技工和杂工,一次定好,无需维修;
4、不漏液漏气,能承受池体上面覆土和每平方米350公斤活载荷传给的压力,能承受池内发酵料液传给池体的拉力,有较好的保温性能,对沼气菌群有特殊的吸附力,因而产气率和保气率比其他结构的家用沼气池高出25-35%。

具体实施方式
如图所示,一种球形玻璃钢沼气池,其特征在于,包括上半球1、下半球2和水压室3;所述上半球1和下半球2密封连接呈一球形;所述上半球1侧壁上设置有进料管连接口9,进料管4经进料管连接口9与上半球1相连接;所述上半球1侧壁上设置有水压室连接口10,水压室3的侧壁上设置有与水压室连接口10相匹配的上半球连接口7;所述上半球1顶端设置有用于导出沼气的出气孔5;所述设置水压室连接口10处的上半球1内壁上设置有挡板8;所述水压室3的顶端设置有顶盖6。
上述上半球1的顶部设置为平面结构,下半球2的底端设置为便于放置的平面结构。上述挡板8的形状与水压室连接口10或上半球连接口7相适应。上述上半球1、下半球2、水压室3、挡板8、顶盖6和进料管4均采用玻璃钢制成。
建造沼气池时,可将下半球2和上半球1拼接呈一球形,将进料管4和水压室3连接在上半球1上成一整体,并使水压室连接口10和上半球连接口7保持相互匹配;之后将拼装好的沼气池放置在事先挖好的地坑中固定。
使用时,通过进料管4将废料填入球形沼气池中,放下挡板使沼气池保持密封状态。当沼气池内的沼气量达到使用标准后,通过上半球1顶端的出气孔5将沼气导出使用即可。当沼气池中的废料量达到上半球1的一定高度时,可打开挡板8,使废料到达水压室3内,打开水压室3的顶盖,即可将废料排出。
