目前，行骨科内固定物取出术时，常因手术空间小，部位深，局部解剖结构复杂，螺母扳手放置困难，需扩大手术范围，部分病人植骨后，内固定物周围易形成骨壳，需完全剔除内固定物周围骨壳后方可进行操作，加大了手术创伤，增加了手术难度。
