现有技术的泵用涡壳均为单出口结构,所以泵的径向尺寸偏大,另外,由于是单出口结构,泵运行起来后径向力无法相互抵消,泵运行后的稳定性、可靠性差,使用寿命相对较短。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型的技术任务是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种泵运行后稳定性、可靠性高,使用寿命长的泵用多出口涡壳。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
泵用多出口涡壳,包括涡壳体、叶轮室、流道、叶轮室和流道开设在涡壳体内且叶轮室与流道相通,流道与流道出口相通,与流道相通的流道出口的数量为2-7个,且以叶轮室为中心均匀分布。
