本实用新型涉及物理灭菌装置,具体是一种用于有人流物流的室内灭菌装置。其特点是:在机壳的上部设有出风窗、下部设有进风窗,在进风窗上连接有初效过滤器,在机壳的底部连接有风机,在机壳的中部、风机的上方设有光催化滤网,光催化滤网有上下两个,在上下两个光催化滤网之间设有臭氧石英紫外线灯。风机安装在机壳内的底部,室内空气在风机的驱动下,从进风窗吸入,经初效过滤器过滤后,再由送风窗送出,使室内空气得以循环,形成循环风。本实用新型的优点是:结构简单、成本低廉、既能有效灭菌,又能充分过滤、净化空气与油烟,使操作间、会议厅、休息室、公共场所、家庭厨房的各种油烟、气味都能被有效过滤掉,达到国家的环保要求。

本实用新型涉及物理灭菌装置,具体是一种用于有人流物流的室内灭菌装置。
背景技术:
用于室内灭菌的装置应用面很广,医院、制药厂、实验室、食品厂等需要进行室内空气的消毒和灭菌。现有的灭菌方法,多数是用化学试剂薰蒸,灭菌时,人员要离开现场,待灭菌结束后,再进去工作。但随着人员和物料的进入,细菌和尘埃又随之进入。尤其在对空气质量要求较高的工作场所,这足以影响产品的质量,比如制药厂制药操作间。现在除了在人流和物流进入之前进行严格地消毒和包装之外,没有更好的控制解决办法。近几年的SARS病毒和最近的甲型H1N1感冒病毒对食堂、饭店、商场、宾馆、学校、会议室等人群聚集的地方,病毒传播的速度更快,范围更广,对社会的危害极大。如何有效地进行防范,到目前还没有具体的办法和有效措施。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、成本低廉,能有效灭菌,并过滤、净化各种油烟、气味和粉尘,使工作操作间、会议厅、休息室的各种有害气体、气味大部分都能被滤掉的有人流物流的室内灭菌装置。本实用新型不仅能够在有人流物流同时活动的情况下,仍然能够保持有良好的灭菌降尘能力,而且还能改善、提高室内空气质量。本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:它包含机壳、光催化滤网、臭氧石英紫外线灯、初效过滤器、出风窗、微电脑控制器、进风窗、风机。在机壳的上部设有出风窗、下部设有进风窗,在进风窗上连接有初效过滤器,在机壳的底部连接有风机,在机壳的中部、风机的上方设有光催化滤网,光催化滤网有上下两个,在上下两个光催化滤网之间,设有臭氧石英紫外线灯。室内空气在风机的驱动下,从进风窗吸入,经初效过滤器过滤后,再由送风窗送出,使室内空气得以循环,形成循环风。臭氧石英紫外线灯所产生的臭氧随着循环风被送到室内,在室内空间形成一定的臭氧浓度,当臭氧浓度大于20mg/m3时,就可以达到理想的灭菌效果。此时,臭氧石英紫外线灯有双重的作用,它一方面能直接杀灭循环风中的细菌,方一方面又为光催化滤网提供光催化所需要的紫外光光源,当循环风通过光催化滤网时,细菌和有害有机物被吸附、杀死并分解。本实用新型的优点是:结构简单、成本低廉、既能有效灭菌,又能充分过滤、净化空气与油烟,使操作间、会议厅、休息室、公共场所、家庭厨房的各种油烟、气味都能被有效过滤掉,达到国家的环保要求。本实用新型是物理灭菌装置,是箱体装置,能在室内灵活、方便的移动到任何地方,用时开机,不用关机;或者由微电脑控制器自动调控开启时间、关闭时间,达到无人管理。

具体实施方式:
它包含机壳1、光催化滤网2、臭氧石英紫外线灯3、初效过滤器4、出风窗5、微电脑控制器6、进风窗7、风机8。在机壳1的上部设有出风窗5、下部设有进风窗7,在进风窗7上连接有初效过滤器4,在机壳1的底部连接有风机8,在机壳1的中部、风机8的上方设有光催化滤网2,光催化滤网2有上下两个,在上下两个光催化滤网2之间设有臭氧石英紫外线灯3。本实用新型工作过程:根据需要,改造各类楼、堂、馆、所及各种医院、制药厂、会议场所的安装条件,将本实用新型置于一个空气流通的风口处,由微电脑控制器来操作电源开关,使光催化滤网、臭氧石英紫外线灯、风机工作。经进风窗进来的空气被初效过滤器过滤,使得0.5-1mm的灰尘被滤掉,臭氧石英紫外线灯产生的臭氧,被出风窗产生的抽力向上经出风窗抽走,同时臭氧石英紫外线灯产生的紫外线将病毒和细菌杀死。如果在光催化滤网的上方安装负离子发生器,则效果会更好。负离子发生器所产生的负离子被循环风送到室内,它既能加速室内尘埃粒子的沉降,将能大大地改善室内空气的质量。
