Abstract

一种智能化空气污染监测净化一体机,包括设在箱体底部的进风口和出风口,还包括设在箱体底部的PM2.5传感器、二手烟传感器、TVOC传感器、甲醛传感器和LED显示屏,沿进风口方向依次装有复合杀菌过滤网、MHCC吸附催化滤网和风机,出风口的上部设有温度传感器和湿度传感器。本发明装置联合采用了温度、湿度、AQI、PM2.5、甲醛、TVOC和二手烟等空气质量检测技术和复合杀菌过滤、MHCC多功能高效吸附催化氧化等空气净化前沿技术对室内空气质量进行实时监测,并根据空气质量水平自动控制净化系统的运行,确保室内空气质量在国家安全标准值以内。同时,本发明使用方便、结构简单和适用范围广泛。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种实时空气污染监测与净化一体式智能控制处理设备,具体涉及一种联合采用了温度、湿度、AQI、PM2.5、甲醛、TVOC和二手烟等空气污染监测技术和高效杀菌过滤、MHCC多功能高效吸附催化氧化等空气净化技术对封闭本封闭空间空气质量进行实时监测,并可根据空气质量国标要求设定自动进行净化系统运行,以确保室内空气质量在安全值内的一种智能化空气污染监测净化一体机。
背景技术
空气净化装置是净化室内空气的家电产品,随着人们对居住环境的日益重视,使用空气净化器的人群越来越大。现有的空气净化装置在智能控制方面存在诸多缺陷,远远达不到人们对于空气净化装置智能控制的要求。一是现有的空气净化装置无法直观的显示净化效果,对空气质量的感应不够全面,无法涵盖包括温度湿度在内的多种空气实时状况;二是现有空气净化技术尚需改进,多是使用过滤加吸附的简单净化技术,无法清除空气中多种污染气体,全面改善空气质量。
目前市场上尚未出现同类型的智能化空气污染监测净化一体机。
发明内容
本发明的智能化空气污染监测净化一体机,能实现对环境空气中温度、湿度、AQI、PM2.5、甲醛、TVOC和二手烟等空气质量实时监测并自动净化,有效改善空气品质,减少人群呼吸受污染气体几率,保证人们的身心健康。同时,本发明使用方便、结构简单和适用范围广泛。本发明适用于地铁站、高铁候车厅、机场航站楼、医院、文物保护、博物馆、图书馆、展览馆、美术馆、商场、酒店、娱乐场所、服务业、生物、食品、制药、制造、化工、纺织、实验室、写字楼、办公环境和家居等公共及经营场所的室内环境空气净化监测与处理。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种智能化空气污染监测净化一体机,包括设在箱体底部的进风口和出风口,其特征在于还包括设在箱体底部的PM2.5传感器、二手烟传感器、TVOC传感器、甲醛传感器和LED显示屏,沿进风口方向依次装有复合杀菌过滤网、MHCC吸附催化滤网和风机,出风口的上部设有温度传感器和湿度传感器。
所述复合杀菌过滤网可去除空气中的PM2.5、二手烟和细菌,所述MHCC吸附催化滤网可通过吸附催化氧化使空气中的甲醛和TVOC转化为CO2和H2O并可去除空气中的异味。
所述PM2.5传感器、二手烟传感器、TVOC传感器和甲醛传感器可分别设有实时监控装置,显示空气中AQI、PM2.5、二手烟、TVOC和甲醛浓度,并在超标时自动启动风机对污染空气进行净化处理。
所述箱体可采用吸顶式、挂壁式、便携式、移动式、立柜式和卧式安装于使用场所内部。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明联合采用了温度、湿度、AQI、PM2.5、甲醛、TVOC和二手烟等空气质量监测技术和高效杀菌过滤、MHCC多功能高效吸附催化氧化等空气净化技术对室内空气质量进行实时监测,并可根据空气质量水平自动控制净化系统的运行,确保室内空气质量在安全值内,有效改善使用场所内的空气品质。综合而言,本发明结构合理,性能优异,生产成本低,操作简单,移动方便,适用范围广泛。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图4所示,一种智能化空气污染监测净化一体机,包括设在箱体1底部的进风口10和出风口4,其特征在于还包括设在箱体1底部的PM2.5传感器5、二手烟传感器8、TVOC传感器13、甲醛传感器11和LED显示屏9,沿进风口10方向依次装有复合杀菌过滤网7、MHCC吸附催化滤网6和风机12,出风口4的上部设有温度传感器2和湿度传感器3。
吸顶式智能化空气污染监测净化一体机根据实际情况和要求吸顶装于封闭半封闭场所内部,如图1、2、3、4和5所示,实际工作中,智能化空气污染监测净化一体机通电后PM2.5传感器5、二手烟传感器8、TVOC传感器13和甲醛传感器11 随即开始监测环境空气AQI、PM2.5、二手烟、TVOC和甲醛浓度并实时显示,PM2.5浓度显示为120 ug/m3,超过国标安全值75 ug/m3,一体机风机12自动启动,受污染空气由进风口10进入箱体1内部,并依次经过复合杀菌过滤网7、MHCC吸附催化滤网6,净化去除空气中的PM2.5、甲醛、TVOC、细菌和二手烟等多种空气污染物,随后经过净化的空气由出风口4排出到室内环境中,完成一次净化循环。同时,温度传感器2和湿度传感器3实时显示室内环境空气的温度和湿度。
本发明未涉及部分均与现有技术相同或可采用现有技术加以实现。

Claims (4)

1.一种智能化空气污染监测净化一体机,包括设在箱体(1)底部的进风口(10)和出风口(4),其特征在于还包括设在箱体(1)底部的PM2.5传感器(5)、二手烟传感器(8)、TVOC传感器(13)、甲醛传感器(11)和LED显示屏(9),沿进风口(10)方向依次装有复合杀菌过滤网(7)、MHCC吸附催化滤网(6)和风机(12),出风口(4)的上部设有温度传感器(2)和湿度传感器(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能化空气污染监测净化一体机,其特征是所述复合杀菌过滤网(7)可去除空气中的PM2.5、二手烟和细菌,所述MHCC吸附催化滤网(6)可通过吸附催化氧化使空气中的甲醛和TVOC转化为CO2和H2O并可去除空气中的异味。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能化空气污染监测净化一体机,其特征是PM2.5传感器(5)、二手烟传感器(8)、TVOC传感器(13)和甲醛传感器(11)可分别设有实时监控装置,显示空气中PM2.5、二手烟、TVOC和甲醛浓度,并在超标时自动启动风机(12)对污染空气进行净化处理。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能化空气污染监测净化一体机,其特征是所述箱体(1)可采用吸顶式、挂壁式、便携式、移动式、立柜式和卧式安装于使用场所内部。
