阻水型半导电金属屏蔽阻燃编织带。本实用新型涉及一种半导电编织带及其加工工艺。包括基布和附着在基布上的导电液、阻燃液和阻水胶,基布由经纱、纬纱编织而成。本实用新型的优点是:1)具有半导电、阻水阻燃性能于一体;2)耐高温玻纤纱做基材,耐高温等级高,镀锡铜丝做基材,降低了表面电阻和体积电阻;3)抗张强度大,比正常产品达5倍;4)采用真空低压浸涂,使导电液、阻燃液充分的浸入基布内部,使其导电性能、阻燃性能更加优异;5)采用真空高温烘干,生产过程节能、降耗、环保。

本实用新型涉及一种半导电编织带。
背景技术
目前用于高压电缆场合的半导电编织带产品多种多样,且各自具有自己的特点,但始终不能出现一种具有兼具各方面性能的半导电编织带,有的表面电阻、体积电阻过大,有的阻水性能不佳,膨胀高度、膨胀速度不够,还有的抗张强度不行,但还没出现同时具有阻燃性能的铜丝编织的半导电阻水屏蔽带,都使其应用范围受到一定的限制。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对上述缺陷,目的在于提供一种兼具各方面性能,应用范围广的阻水型半导电金属屏蔽阻燃编织带。
本实用新型的技术方案是:本实用新型包括基布和附着在基布上的导电液和阻燃液,基布由经纱、纬纱编织而成,经纱:每个单元由一根30-45支双股无碱玻纤纱和一根φ0.2mm镀锡铜丝平行排列组成,纬纱:30-45支单股玻纤纱。

纬纱:30支单股玻纤纱。

具体实施方式
本实用新型包括基布和附着在基布上的导电液和阻燃液,基布由经纱1、纬纱2编织而成,经纱1:每个单元由一根30-45支双股无碱玻纤纱和一根φ0.2mm镀锡铜丝平行排列组成,纬纱2:30-45支单股玻纤纱。
本实用新型的优选方式:经纱1:每个单元由一根45支双股无碱玻纤纱和一根φ0.2mm镀锡铜丝组成,纬纱2:30支单股玻纤纱。
本实用新型可按以下工艺步骤进行:
1)选料:经纱1:每个单元由一根30-45支双股无碱玻纤纱和一根φ0.2mm镀锡铜丝平行排列组成,纬纱2:30-45支单股玻纤纱;
2)编织,将经纱1和纬纱2送往高速编织机上编织,经纱1:11-16根/cm,纬纱2:11-16根/cm,形成基布;
3)涂导电液:将基布送入浸液槽,浸液槽内设导电液;
4)烘干:在80-150℃的环境下将浸有导电液的基布烘干,大气压保持在负1-2个大气压,烘干后收卷整平;
5)涂阻燃液:将经过上述处理的基布放入浸液槽,浸液槽内设阻燃液,其中磷-氮阻燃液占总质量的30%,阻水胶占总质量的20%,半导电液占50%;
6)烘干:在80-150℃的环境下烘干,大气压保持在负1-2个大气压,烘干后收卷整平,成编织带;
7)包装:将编织带真空包装形成成品。
