本实用新型涉及一种聚乙烯塑钢缠绕排水管,特别是一种低压输水用埋地聚乙烯塑钢复合管材,属于低压输水管线技术领域。
背景技术
聚乙烯(PE)压力管,有完整的理论、标准和工程实践支撑。其优点已是众所周知,在我国推广使用的条件已成熟。但是,由于其原料价格居高不下,加之其强度较低,使其在直径1000到1800mm范围内失去价格竞争力,所以,中国水协推荐在直径315mm以下广泛使用。公开号为CN2882985的中国专利,公开了一种金属增强塑料带材及由其制造的金属增强塑料排水管,涉及增强型复合管道,其中金属增强塑料带材包括塑料带材基层和与带材基层成一体的加强肋,加强肋内复合有金属增强带。通过缠绕金属增强塑料带材制造的金属增强塑料排水管包括一个塑料管体和与管体成一体的加强肋,加强肋内复合有金属增强带。它保持了聚乙烯(PE)压力管的优点,内壁平滑;在管壁的结构上,内层管壁有足够的厚度,中间嵌入的钢带是正波形,保证了足够的环刚度要求。这种大口径钢带缠绕增强聚乙烯管材,对嵌入的波形增强钢带进行了两层或三层防腐处理,可以使密闭的增强钢带免遭腐蚀。由于这种大口径管材其成型胎具的表面光洁,确保了管材内表面是完整光滑的聚乙烯内管,摩阻系数如聚乙烯管。比纯聚乙烯管节约原材料、成本低、重量轻、铺设施工方便、工程费用低、生产设备投资小、效率高等等。该管材具有良好的抗内压能力,但在抗外压方面仍然较差,特别是埋于地下时对抗外压要求较高,无法使用,现今一般使用铸铁管等管材,成本高,安装费时费力。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种低压输水用埋地聚乙烯塑钢缠绕复合管材。
低压输水用埋地聚乙烯塑钢复合管材,其特征在于,它由外管和内管构成,内管穿插于外管内壁,外管的外壁设置有加强筋,加强筋内设置有钢带。
上述加强筋呈螺旋状环绕于外管外壁。
本实用新型利用聚乙烯塑钢缠绕的外管承受外压,内管承受内压,同时内外压之间可以通过传递抵消大部分,从而使本管材可适用于地下管线。本实用新型在连接时,内管采用热熔焊接技术进行连接,外管采用电热熔带或不锈钢卡套连接。
本实用新型通过对管材结构的巧妙设计,大大增强了聚乙烯塑料管材抗内外压的极限,使其可以应用于地下管线的铺设,同时又继承了传统聚乙烯塑料管材抗腐蚀、抗氧化,安装简便,运输方便,重量轻的特点。

低压输水用埋地聚乙烯塑钢复合管材,它由外管1和内管2构成,内管2穿插于外管1内壁,外管1的外壁设置有加强筋3,加强筋3内设置有钢带4。上述加强筋3呈螺旋状环绕于外管1外壁。
上述低压输水用埋地聚乙烯塑钢复合管材的管径直径为200-2600mm,工作压力小于或等于0.6MPa。与传统聚乙烯(PE)压力管、一阶段管、钢筒混凝土管(PCCP)、球墨铸铁管及玻璃钢管相比,低压输水用埋地聚乙烯塑钢复合管材的综合成本最低,在相同内径等条件下,低压输水用埋地聚乙烯塑钢复合管材的输水能力要比球墨铸铁管、预应力钢筒混凝土管(PCCP)管材高出约20~40%。因此,这种低压输水用埋地聚乙烯塑钢复合管材有价格竞争力。
低压输水用埋地聚乙烯塑钢复合管材是综合成本较低,较经济的管材,预计这种管材会有较大的竞争优势,通过实践不断完善后,将有可能成为未来低压输水管领域的主流产品。
