本实用新型涉及一种电热干鞋器,特别涉及一种多功能光热干鞋器。
背景技术
目前市场上的干鞋器,大都是利用电热元件发热而形成冷热对流的工作原理来干鞋的,因此热利用率低、烘干效果及杀菌效果不佳;市场上大多数干鞋器功能单一并且发生故障就难以修理,从而大大降低了产品的使用价值。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种热利用率高、烘干效果均匀,并且可用于照明、便于维修的多功能光热干鞋器。
本实用新型解决技术问题的方案是,一种多功能光热干鞋器,其特征在于:无底的鞋楦形灯罩体的后端鞋口型处的上端面设有一个带内螺纹的圆孔,圆孔内拧有一根带有外螺纹的圆管,圆管的下端位于鞋楦形灯罩体内,圆管的下端管壁设有两个相对的通孔,两个通孔内穿有一根螺栓,螺栓的一端拧有螺母,螺栓的另一端固定于灯座的侧壁上,灯座上安有热光灯,灯座上还接有带插头的电源线。
本实用新型还可以通过下列措施进一步实现。
本实用新型所述鞋楦形灯罩体为塑料材料制成,其内壁包有一层薄的金属折光板;鞋楦形灯罩体还可为白色金属板制成,其外表面安有5至10条均匀分布的塑料条,塑料条的高和宽均为0.5cm。
本实用新型所述鞋楦形灯罩体的侧壁底端设有通气的缺口。
本实用新型所述鞋楦形灯罩体的前端脚掌型处,可为一体结构,也可为由前后两部分组成紧配合滑动连接的伸缩式结构。
本实用新型所述带外螺纹的圆管,可为硬塑料圆管,也可为金属圆管。
本实用新型所述灯座的电源线,由带有外螺纹的圆管中穿至鞋楦形灯罩体外侧,圆管的空隙填有绝缘材料。
本实用新型所述灯座安有一个将热光灯半包围的折光罩,折光罩位于热光灯的上端。
本实用新型所述热光灯的正下方距鞋楦形灯罩体底端1厘米处有一水平放置的方形半透明玻璃板,半透明玻璃板的左右两端安放于鞋楦形灯罩体两侧内壁下端侧凸的横条上,半透明玻璃板的前后长度为热光灯灯头直径的1.5至2倍,侧凸的横条长度与半透明玻璃板的前后长度相同;热光灯的功率为5W至10W,热光灯的类型为白炽灯。在使用时,半透明玻璃板可以前后移动和取出,半透明玻璃板可防止与白炽灯灯头近的下方鞋底过热而损伤。
本实用新型所述鞋楦形灯罩体还可配置安接一个台灯灯架,便可组装成一台台灯;用作台灯使用时,可将半透明玻璃板取出。
本实用新型还可两只组成串联电路的多功能光热干鞋器。
使用时,将本实用新型放入鞋内,再接通电源即可,白炽灯灯头的中心光照射于鞋内的前脚掌位置的中心处;在使用时,还可根据鞋底主要潮湿处的位置,事先调整好灯座及灯的上下位置和角度,这样会使烘干效果更有针对性;鞋烘好后,先关掉电源再将本实用新型取出。本实用新型若配置安接上灯架,便可作为一款个性小台灯使用。
由上所述,本实用新型不仅适于各类鞋的烘干、杀菌,还可用于照明,为消费者带来舒适、健康及一物多用的超值回报;并且本实用新型热利用率高、烘干效果均匀、杀菌效果好,而且造价低廉、便于维修,是一款适宜推广普及的多功能电热干鞋产品。

具体实施方案
如图1、图2、图3所示,本实用新型的技术方案是,一种多功能光热干鞋器,其结构是:无底的鞋楦形灯罩体1的侧壁底端设有通气的缺口2,鞋楦形灯罩体1两侧内壁下端侧凸的横条9上水平放置一方形半透明玻璃板3,鞋楦形灯罩体1的鞋口形处的上端面的通孔内拧有带外螺纹的塑料圆管4,圆管4的下端安有灯座5,灯座5上安有白炽灯6及将白炽灯6半包围的折光罩7,灯座5的电源线由圆管4的上端口中穿出,电源线接有插头8。

1、一种多功能光热干鞋器,其特征在于:无底的鞋楦形灯罩体的后端鞋口型处的上端面设有一个带内螺纹的圆孔,圆孔内拧有一根带有外螺纹的圆管,圆管的下端位于鞋楦形灯罩体内,圆管的下端管壁设有两个相对的通孔,两个通孔内穿有一根螺栓,螺栓的一端拧有螺母,螺栓的另一端固定于灯座的侧壁上,灯座上安有热光灯,灯座上还接有带插头的电源线。
2、根据权利要求1所述的多功能光热干鞋器,其特征在于:鞋楦形灯罩体为塑料材料制成,其内壁包有一层薄的金属折光板;鞋楦形灯罩体还可为白色金属板制成,其外表面安有5至10条均匀分布的塑料条,塑料条的高和宽均为0.5cm。
3、根据权利要求1所述的多功能光热干鞋器,其特征在于:鞋楦形灯罩体的侧壁底端设有通气的缺口。
4、根据权利要求1所述的多功能光热干鞋器,其特征在于:鞋楦形灯罩体还可配置安接一个台灯灯架。
5、根据权利要求1所述的多功能光热干鞋器,其特征在于:鞋楦形灯罩体的前端脚掌型处,可为一体结构,也可为由前后两部分组成紧配合滑动连接的伸缩式结构。
6、根据权利要求1所述的多功能光热干鞋器,其特征在于:带有外螺纹的圆管可为硬塑料圆管;带有外螺纹的圆管也可为金属圆管。
7、根据权利要求1所述的多功能光热干鞋器,其特征在于:灯座安有一个将热光灯半包围的折光罩,折光罩位于热光灯的上端。
8、根据权利要求1所述的多功能光热干鞋器,其特征在于:热光灯的正下方距鞋楦形灯罩体底端1厘米处有一水平放置的方形半透明玻璃板,半透明玻璃板的左右两端安放于鞋楦形灯罩体两侧内壁下端侧凸的横条上,半透明玻璃板的前后长度为热光灯灯头直径的1.5至2倍,侧凸的横条长度与半透明玻璃板的前后长度相同;热光灯的功率为5W至10W,热光灯的类型为白炽灯。
9、根据权利要求1所述的多功能光热干鞋器,其特征在于:电源线由带有外螺纹的圆管中穿至鞋楦形灯罩体外侧,圆管的空隙填有绝缘材料。
