一种食用菌液体菌种制种用小型培养罐,包括罐体(1)以及进、出料口和温控装置,其特征是在罐体(1)的封盖上设置加料口(2)、排气口(3)和压力表(4);在罐体(1)的底部设置排料口(5)和充气口(6),充气口(6)连接陶瓷膜过滤器(7),过滤器(7)与空压机(8)连接;在罐体(1)上设置液位计(9),其内固定有温度计(10);在罐体(1)内设置电加热棒(11)和温度传感器(12),传感器(12)与温控器(13)连接。温控器(13)与电源(14)连接。本培养罐结构简易,操作方便,安全可靠,可加工成10L以下供食用菌种植户使用。

一种食用菌液体菌种制种用小型培养罐
—、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种食用菌菌种制种设备,特别涉及液体菌种制种设备,具体地说是一 种食用菌液体菌种制种用小型培养罐。
二、 背景技术
食用菌菌种有固体菌种和液体菌种之分。固体菌种由母种到原种再到栽培种的周期需
2~3个月,而液体菌种可縮短到30〜40天,而且出菇集中、质量好,特别是液体菌种接入 固体培养料时,又具有流动快、易分散、萌发快和发菌点多等特点,较好地解决了袋栽食用 菌在接种过程中易污染的问题。同时减少了接种的劳动强度,生产周期短,菌龄整齐。最大 优点是易于实现工业化连续生产,规模大、产量高、周期短及效益高等。
但食用菌液体菌种制种需要培养(发酵)装置(设备),少则几万元,多则十几万元, 甚至几十万元,这样的设备只适于大型的食用菌公司或专业食用菌菌种公司购买。由于液体 食用菌菌种不耐贮藏和运输,对于一家一户的食用菌种植模式来说,集中生产液体菌种,再 供给食用菌种植户,运输途中容易污染。如等液体菌种接种后发好菌,再出售给种植户,则 需很大面积的发菌菌棚,很难做大。因此说这是液体菌种很难普及到家庭种植户的原因之一。 如果要普及液体菌种则需要研制出适合食用菌种植户需要的小型食用菌液体菌种培养罐(设 备)。
三、 发明内容
本实用新型旨在提供一种适合食用菌种植户使用的食用菌液体菌种培养罐,所要解决的 技术问题是满足家庭使用所需的小型、简单、方便等要求。
本实用新型的思路是根据液体发酵设备原理来设计适于食用菌种植户使用的简易的液 体菌种培养罐来培养液体菌种。
本发酵罐包括罐体1以及进、出料口和温控装置,其特征是在罐体1的封盖上设置有加 料口 2、排气口 3和压力表4;在罐体1的底部设置有排料口 5和充气口 6,充气口 6通过 过滤器7与空压机8连接;在罐体1上设置有液位计9,其内固定有温度计10;在罐体l内 设置有电加热棒11和温度传感器12,并与温控器13连接,温控器13与电源14连接。 培养基和水由加料口 2投入,加料口 2同时兼作接种用,加完料、接种后由螺旋盖封闭。 培养成熟的菌种由排料口5排出,清洗培养罐时,洗涤水也自排料口5排出。 液体菌种的培养为有氧发酵,所以有充气口6和排气口3,并通过压力表4和相应的阀 门控制调节,为通入洁净的空气,由过滤器7净化,以清除空气中的微生物、尘埃等,通气也起搅拌的作用。
温控装置包括电加热棒11、温度传感器12和温控器13,为消毒灭菌和发酵培养提供所 需要的相对恒定的温度。液位计9和温度计IO方便观察罐内的发酵培养情况。 本培养罐结构简易,操作方便,安全可靠,可加工成10L以下供种植户使用。
四、 附图说明 附图所示为本培养罐的结构示意图。
五、 具体实施方式 现以加工9L培养罐为例,非限定实施例叙述如下:
取2mm厚碳钢加工罐体1,高30cm,内径20mm。
在罐体1内装置1200W电加热棒11和温度传感器12,温度传感器12与温控器13连接, 由温控器13控制电加热棒11的电源14。
在罐体1的底部开有排料孔,连接一段带有阀门的短管构成排料口 5;同时还装置充气 口6,充气口6与膜孔径为0.1nm的陶瓷膜过滤器7连接,过滤器7与空压机8连接。
在罐体1上装置玻璃液位计9,在液位计9内固定水银温度计10.
在罐体l的封盖上设置啦6cm的加料口2,并配套有螺纹连接的加料盖,即前述的螺旋 盖;同时设置压力表4和排气孔,排气孔连接一段带有阀门的短管构成排气口 3.

1、一种食用菌液体菌种制种用小型培养罐,包括罐体(1)以及进出料口和温控装置,其特征在于:在罐体(1)的封盖上设置带有螺旋盖的加料口(2)、排气口(3)和压力表(4);在罐体(1)的底部设置排料口(5)和充气口(6),充气口(6)连接陶瓷膜过滤器(7),过滤器(7)与空压机(8)连接;在罐体(1)上设置液位计(9),其内固定有温度计(10);在罐体(1)内设置电加热棒(11)和温度传感器(12),传感器(12)与温控器(13)连接,温控器(13)与电源(14)连接。
