本实用新型涉及一种干芡实种子剥壳机,干芡实种子从位于机器上方的喂料口(2)进入,自由落入由圆柱形主刀辊(1)和支承辊(3)组成的工作腔内。主刀辊(1)和支承辊(3)的高速旋转,依靠主刀辊上螺旋排列切削刃切削、撞击、揉搓作用以及支承辊上V型槽的定位支托,使干芡实种子外壳快速破碎,实现完整的干米仁脱壳而出。借助调节装置(4)改变主刀辊(1)和支承辊(3)之间的间隙,满足不同颗粒大小的干芡实种子剥壳取仁作业。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种坚果壳类农产品破壳加工机械技术领域。该机适用于干芡实种子剥壳作业。
背景技术
芡实,又名鸡头米、鸡头苞、鸡头莲、刺莲藕,芡实属睡莲科。广布于东南亚,我国东部、南部、东北各省均有出产。多生于池沼湖塘的浅水滩涂中。现代医学研究表明,每百克芡米仁中含水分11克、蛋白质11.8克、脂肪0.2克、碳水化合物75.4克、钙21毫克、磷264毫克、铁9.6毫克、多种维生素,还有十多种有益于人体健康的氨基酸等。据《神农本草经》、《本草纲目》记载,芡实“去湿痹腰膝痛,补中除暴疾,益精气,强志,令耳目聪明”。自古以来历代中医公认芡实是永葆青春活力、防止未老先衰的滋补珍品.
根据果实表面是否有钢刺,可将芡实分为光芡(又称苏芡)和刺芡(又称北芡)两大类型。刺芡属于野生水生植物,广泛长于沼泽水网浅滩,其泥土以上器官上均密生钢刺,采收比较困难,多在果实老熟后一次性采收。更有甚者,许多大幅湖面的北芡一时来不及人工采收,任其裸榭落入水中,再用打捞船从水中菸泥中捞取、晒干后再剥壳取仁,绝大部分作为中药材销售。北芡仁颗粒小、性粳、口感差、不宜直接食用。传统的北芡剥壳取仁方法是同锤敲、刀铡、剪夹既古老又落后的方法,劳动強度大,效率很低,芡仁破碎,难以满足成千万吨北芡剥壳取仁的要求,在一定程度上也阻碍了北芡种植和综合利用的发展。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的;利用高速旋转的圆柱形主刀辊上具有一定导程螺旋线排列的切削刃,对位于支承辊v型槽内的干芡实种子进行切削、撞击、挤压和揉搓,完成干芡实种子剥壳取仁作业。主刀辊(1)与支承辊(3)之间的间隙通过调节装置(4)来实现,以适应不同颗粒大小的干芡实种子的剥壳作业。
下面结合附图和实施例,对本实用新型作进一步说明。

具体实施方式是:
干芡实种子从位于机器上方的喂料口(2)进入,自由落入由圆柱形主刀辊(1)和支承辊(3)组成的工作腔内。主刀辊(1)和支承辊(3)的高速旋转,依靠主刀辊上螺旋排列切削刃切削、撞击、揉搓作用以及支承辊上v型槽的定位支托,使干芡实种子外壳快速破碎,实现完整的干米仁脫壳而出。借助调节装置(4)改变主刀辊(1)和支承辊(3)之间的间隙,滿足不同颗粒大小的干芡实种子剥壳取仁作业。
综上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例而已,并非用来限定本实用新型的实施范围,即凡依本实用新型专利申请范围的内容所作的等效变化与修饰,都应为本实用新型的技术范畴。

2.根据权利要求1所述的干芡实种子剥壳机,其特征是主刀辊(1)上的刀刃(5)呈具有一定导程的螺旋线排列。
3.根据权利要求1所述的干芡实种子剥壳机,其持征是支承辊(3)上的支承槽(6)呈v字型。
