随着太阳能资源的广泛应用,如何更有效地利用太阳能所产生的热越来越受到人们的重视。中国专利申请号为200620086525.2的实用新型公开了一种双真空太阳能集热管,它包括:内玻璃管、外玻璃管,外玻璃管套在内玻璃管外,两管壁之间形成真空层,内玻璃管为封闭的真空管,真空管内设置有导热介质。而中国专利申请号为200620071564.5的实用新型公开了一种玻璃真空集热管,它包括外管和内管,内管一端与外管相连,另一端通过支撑架支撑在外管内,内管外表面涂有太阳选择性吸收涂层,内管向下偏心设置于外管内,外管内壁在安装位置下部涂有太阳光反射膜。安装时内管与外管间隙大的方向朝阳。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的旨在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种吸热、导热效果好的玻璃真空热管。
本实用新型所述的玻璃真空热管,包括外层玻璃、内层玻璃,金属片,外层玻璃与内层玻璃之间的夹层为真空层,内层玻璃的颈口处嵌有金属片。
所述的金属片为阳极发黑。
所述的玻璃内层内部有超导介质。
所述的金属片与内层玻璃的颈口处为热熔嵌接。
所述的金属片与内层玻璃的颈口处嵌接,金属片与内层玻璃密封插接,在内层玻璃的内颈口与金属片插接处有U型密封胶圈,金属片的中间有通道。
所述的金属片外部连接有发电片,发电片外周有散热水箱包覆。
本实用新型所述的玻璃真空热管,内、外层玻璃夹层之间为真空层,内层的内部有超导介质,可以使太阳能的热能充分地吸收并由金属片导出,以使热管的吸热和导热达到最佳的效果,本实用新型结构简单,热效率高。

如图1和2所示,一种玻璃真空热管,包括外层玻璃1、内层玻璃2,金属片4,外层玻璃1与内层玻璃2之间的夹层为真空层3,璃内层3内部有超导介质,内层玻璃2的颈口处嵌有金属片4,金属片4与内层玻璃2的颈口处为热熔嵌接,金属片4为阳极发黑。
实施例2
一种玻璃真空热管,在金属片4与内层玻璃2的颈口处嵌接,金属片4与内层玻璃2密封插接,在内层玻璃2的内颈口与金属片4插接处有U型密封胶圈,金属片的中间有通道,可以通过该通道对玻璃内层的内部抽真空,或添加工作介质,在金属片4外部连接有发电片,在发电片外周有散热水箱包覆,其余同实施例1。

1、一种玻璃真空热管,包括外层玻璃、内层玻璃,金属片,其特征在于,外层玻璃与内层玻璃之间的夹层为真空层,内层玻璃的颈口处嵌有金属片。
2、根据权利要求1所述的玻璃真空热管,其特征在于,所述的金属片为阳极发黑。
3、根据权利要求1所述的玻璃真空热管,其特征在于,所述的玻璃内层内部有超导介质。
4、根据权利要求1所述的玻璃真空热管,其特征在于,所述的金属片与内层玻璃的颈口处为热熔嵌接。
5、根据权利要求1所述的玻璃真空热管,其特征在于,所述的金属片与内层玻璃的颈口处嵌接,金属片与内层玻璃密封插接,在内层玻璃的内颈口与金属片插接处有U型密封胶圈,金属片的中间有通道。
6、根据权利要求1、4或5所述的玻璃真空热管,其特征在于,所述的金属片外部连接有发电片。
7、根据权利要求6所述的玻璃真空热管,其特征在于,所述的发电片外周有散热水箱包覆。
