本实用新型涉及太阳能利用,特别是太阳能空气采暖器。
背景技术
目前,公知的太阳能热水器是利用太阳能真空集热管加热自来水,利用保温水箱储存热水的太阳能热水装置,技术已十分成熟,特别是太阳能真空集热管真空保温、吸热涂层技术已十分成熟并推广普及。利用太阳能取暖设施一般投入较大,系统安装操作复杂,普及推广困难。
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种结构简单,内外两层,夹层真空的太阳能加热箱来加热空气的采暖器。
实现本实用新型目的的解决方案是包括外层1、内层2,特别是外层1与内层2分别为封闭空腔体,内层2上端连通有出气管3,下端连通有进气管4,出气管3和进气管4穿过外层1与出气管道和进气管道相连,外层1与内层2之间的夹层为真空。
外层1为透明,内层2上有吸热涂层。外层1与内层2是由玻璃制成。内层2为平面或波纹面。
本实用新型的优点是结构简单,购置、运行成本低廉,安装使用方便,无论在墙壁、院落、房顶均可安装。只要有太阳光照,就可实现供暖。

具体实施方式
外层1与内层2分别为封闭空腔体,内层2上端连通有出气管3,下端连通有进气管4,出气管3和进气管4穿过外层1与通气管相连,外层1与内层2之间的夹层为真空。外层1为透明,内层2上有吸热涂层。外层1与内层2是由玻璃制成。内层2为平面或波纹面。
在本实用新型外层1外设支架,可固定在外墙壁上,也可安装在院内、房顶。如果本实用新型制作的较大(如图2)在外层1一侧下端设有间隔一定距离的与集热内层2联通的几个冷气进气管4。在外层1上端设有间隔一定距离的与内层2联通的几个热气出气管3;如果本实用新型制作的较小(如图3)在外层1一侧下端设有与集热内层2联通的一个冷气进气管4。在外层1上端设有与内层2联通的一个热气出气管3。进气管4和出气管3分别连有通向室内的进气管道和出气管道。也可以在进气管道或出气管道上安装小风机,强迫空气流动。
太阳照射外层1,太阳照射透过透明外层1,加热内层2中的空气,自然对流或强迫流动,下端冷气进气管4吸入冷空气,上端热气出气管3排出热空气,通过通向室内的进气管道和出气管道实现取暖。
当然,也可以将几个本实用新型并联在一起,使热量更大。

1、一种太阳能空气采暖器,包括外层(1)、内层(2),其特征是外层(1)与内层(2)分别为封闭空腔体,内层(2)上端连通有出气管(3),下端连通有进气管(4),出气管(3)和进气管(4)穿过外层(1)与出气管道和进气管道相连,外层(1)与内层(2)之间的夹层为真空。
