本实用新型涉及一种升降式无损密封球阀。
背景技术
传统的球阀在启闭过程中由阀杆旋转90°带动球体与阀座保持开启与关闭。其密封始终处于接触状态,容易造成擦伤与磨损。导致密封面损坏加快,直接影响球阀的使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是将提供一种将球体与阀座密封面的磨损降到最低,从而提高阀门使用寿命的升降式无损密封球阀。
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本实用新型在阀杆与球体的连接部位装有楔型平面锁紧机构,当球体开启时,该机构使球体先脱离阀体密封面,开始无接触旋转,达到全开位置。当球体关闭时,该机构使球体在与密封面无接触状态下先行旋转90°,尔后楔向压迫球体与阀座密切配合,达到完全密封。
该机构能使球体与阀座始终在无直接接触下旋转,达到开启与关闭的目的。将球体与阀座密封面的磨损降到最低,从而提高阀门使用寿命。

具体实施方式
图1为本实用新型升降式无损密封球阀的剖视图,包括阀体1、阀座2、手轮8和与之相连的阀杆7、位于阀体的下部球体3、螺旋槽5及导肖6,此外,还包括一个装在阀杆7与球体3的连接部位的楔型平面锁紧机构4,当球体3开启时,所述锁紧机构4使球体3先脱离阀体密封面,开始无接触旋转,达到全开位置。当球体3关闭时,所述锁紧机构使球体3在与密封面无接触状态下先行旋转90°,尔后楔向压迫球体3与阀座2密切配合,达到完全密封。
本实用新型不限于上述具体实施方式,不论其在形状和结构上做任何变化,只要其在阀杆7与球体3的连接部位装有类似机构,均落入本实用新型的保护范围之中。
