本实用新型目的是克服现有技术中存在的上述不足,提供一种PE双壁波纹管成型机模块运行对中机构。
本实用新型提供的PE双壁波纹管成型机模块运行对中机构,包括一对其上开有调节孔的导向块和一对定位支架,各定位支架上分别安装有至少两个定位螺丝,定位螺丝的末端与导向块外侧面紧密接触。
两个导向块的内侧面与成型机模块运行方向相互平行,两个导向块的内侧面前端均开有坡口,使两个导向块前端的入口处呈喇叭口状。
使用时,将所述的定位支架安装固定在PE双壁波纹管成型机的机座上,两个导向块同时通过锁紧螺丝锁紧固定在机座上。
本实用新型的优点和积极效果:
本实用新型经过技术改造,在不破坏原有设备的基础上,开发了模块运行对中机构,并且在成型机上下台板、模块运行道轨入口处上下模块的左右位置增加模块合拢对中机构,该机构可以确保管材外壁波峰无错位,并保证管材粘接质量,此对中机构技术适用于生产PE双壁波纹管成型机运行机构。通过对PE双壁波纹管成型机实际安装应用此对中机构,使设备运转率由95%提升至99%,成型机制成率由89%提升至92%。

实施例1:
如图1、图2所示,本实用新型提供的PE双壁波纹管成型机模块运行对中机构,包括一对其上开有调节孔3的导向块1和一对定位支架2,各定位支架上分别安装有至少两个定位螺丝5,定位螺丝的末端与导向块外侧面紧密接触。两个导向块的内侧面与成型机模块运行方向相互平行,两个导向块的内侧面前端均开有坡口,使两个导向块前端的入口处呈喇叭口状。
在设计模块对中机构时,既要保证模块入口挡板平滑耐热,还要考虑硬度与铸铝模块产生的摩擦适中,所以我们在设计过程中选择的对中机构的材质有聚四氟200mm厚耐高温板材和中板100mm厚板材制作完成,固定架螺丝采用不锈钢M12X35加弹簧垫圈及平垫,聚四氟200mm厚板材开孔要求铣床完成,边倒角15度模块入口处倒角45度。安装时注意保持模块与对中机构摩擦距离1mm.安装固定对中机构必须在生产停机状态下进行。
在图2所示实施例中,定位支架2固定在机座7上,定位支架2上的定位螺丝5用于调整导向块1的位置并将其顶住,锁紧螺丝4通过调节孔3将导向块1锁紧固定,成型模块6运行时通过对中机构导向块后,位置与其他模块对齐。

1、一种PE双壁波纹管成型机模块运行对中机构,其特征在于该对中机构包括一对其上开有调节孔的导向块和一对定位支架,各定位支架上分别安装有至少两个定位螺丝,定位螺丝的末端与导向块外侧面紧密接触。
2、根据权利要求1所述的PE双壁波纹管成型机模块运行对中机构,其特征在于两个导向块的内侧面与成型机模块运行方向相互平行,两个导向块的内侧面前端均开有坡口,使两个导向块前端的入口处呈喇叭口状。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的PE双壁波纹管成型机模块运行对中机构,其特征在于所述的定位支架安装固定在PE双壁波纹管成型机的机座上,两个导向块同时通过锁紧螺丝固定在机座上。
