发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理，使用性能好、使用寿命长的健身器材用铃片。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：
一种健身器材用铃片，包括金属芯，其特征是：在金属芯外设置将金属芯完全包裹其中的PVC注塑材料层。
PVC注塑材料层由左右PVC注塑材料体组成，左右PVC注塑材料体接合处表面呈接合缝形式。
接合缝分布于整个左右PVC注塑材料体接合处的表面。
本实用新型结构合理，使用性能好、使用寿命长，表面光泽鲜艳无划痕，整个外表无外露的金属。

具体实施方式：
一种健身器材用铃片，包括金属芯1，在金属芯外设置将金属芯完全包裹其中的PVC注塑材料层。
PVC注塑材料层由左右PVC注塑材料体2、3组成，左右PVC注塑材料体接合处表面呈接合缝4形式，且接合缝分布于整个左右PVC注塑材料体接合处的表面(即包括铃片外缘、铃片孔、中心孔部位)。
制造是，通过在金属芯表面注塑形成连成整体的左右PVC注塑材料体。

1、一种健身器材用铃片，包括金属芯，其特征是：在金属芯外设置将金属芯完全包裹其中的PVC注塑材料层。
2、根据权利要求1所述的健身器材用铃片，其特征是：PVC注塑材料层由左右PVC注塑材料体组成，左右PVC注塑材料体接合处表面呈接合缝形式。
3、根据权利要求2所述的健身器材用铃片，其特征是：接合缝分布于整个左右PVC注塑材料体接合处的表面。
