(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及农业收获机械水箱散热器防尘装置。
(二)背景技术
目前，农业收获机械水箱散热器防尘的装置是带有小孔的防尘罩。在作业过程中尘土及污物往往把防尘罩的孔堵塞，使散热器的散热效果差或失去散热功能，造成水箱水温过高，机器无法工作。此种情况下，要保持散热器散热功能，必须及时清除防尘罩上的尘土及污物。比如，小麦收获机作业时，人必须跟着收获机不停地进行清扫，防尘罩上的孔才能畅通。这样，不仅增加了人们的劳动强度，又给人们吸尘带来危害。
(三)实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种水箱散热器防尘装置，该装置能代替人力，防尘功能可靠，效果好。
本实用新型技术方案是：防尘罩上安装有风扇及清扫体，并通过风力集中器安装在水箱散热器上。

根据附图，防尘罩(5)上安装有风扇(6)及清扫体(8)，并通过风力集中器(3)安装在水箱散热器(2)上。风扇(6)通过支撑体安装在防尘罩(5)上，风扇轴(9)穿过网孔(7)的一端安装有清扫体。清扫体(8)由钢筋棍带有布条构成，可随风扇轴(9)一体转动，用于清扫网孔(7)上的尘物。网孔(7)比原有防尘罩的网孔更细，防尘能力更强。风力集中器(3)安装在水箱散热器(2)上，防尘罩(5)再安装在风力集中器(3)上。风力集中器(3)设有风力调节口(10)和出风口(4)，出风口(4)正对着风扇(6)，风力调节口(10)也朝向风扇(6)。风力集中器(3)可以是圆筒状，也可以是其他形状，本实施例为喇叭状。
在作业过程中，水箱散热器风扇(1)的风力很大，通过水箱散热器(2)，再经风力集中器(3)上的出风口(4)及风力调节口(10)扇动风扇(6)旋转。风扇轴(9)带动清扫体(8)能及时清除网孔(7)上的尘物，当水箱水温高的情况下，可以把风力调节口(10)开得大一些。如果风扇(6)风速过大的情况下，也可以把风力调节口(10)开得大一些，这样就能有效避免防尘罩(5)堵塞现象的发生，同时避免水箱水温过高现象的产生。因此，本实用新型既能代替人力，又具有防尘功能可靠、效果好的积极作用。
