Abstract

一种光电收发模组,包括基座和盖板。所述基座包括底板和自所述底板两侧同向延伸的一对侧壁,所述底板与侧壁共同形成收容空间,电路板固定于所述收容空间内,所述基座的前端包括两个收容槽,分别收容光电二极管和激光二极管,所述光电二极管和激光二极管设置于所述电路板一端。所述盖板罩设于所述基座上,遮盖所述电路板、所述光电二极管及所述激光二极管。所述基座的侧壁上分别设有卡槽,所述盖板两侧分别设有卡块,所述卡块分别与所述卡槽配合以限制所述盖板相对所述基座移动,并通过螺丝将所述盖板锁固于所述基座上。所述光电收发模组结构简单,于生产过程中易于组装,可提高生产效率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种光电收发模组,特别涉及一种光电收发模组的组装结构。
背景技术
光收发模组用以在电界面与光纤数据链路之间进行双向数据传输。光收发模组接收电信号,并将所述信号转换为光信号通过光纤数据链路传送出去。同样,光收发模组亦接受光信号,并将所述信号转换为电信号通过电界面传送出去。习知的光收发模组包括基座、电路板、光电二极管、激光二极管、及盖板等组件,所述光电二极管与所述激光二极管先被焊接在所述电路板上,再与所述电路板一起组装于所述基座内,最后将盖板安装于所述基座上。而盖板与基座之间需要通过三点定位才以稳固,例如,通过三颗螺丝将盖板锁固于基座上,这种固定方式需要于盖板、电路板及基座上分别设置三个定位孔;还可以通过一对定位柱与定位孔的配合将盖板定位于基座上,再通过一颗螺丝锁固。以上两种固定方式均需要于电路板上设置三个定位孔,影响了电路板布局,降低了生产效率。
实用新型内容
有鉴于此,本实用新型提供一种光电收发模组,所述光电收发模组结构简单,于生产过程中易于组装,可提高生产效率。
一种光电收发模组,包括基座和盖板。所述基座包括底板和自所述底板两侧同向延伸的一对侧壁,所述底板与侧壁共同形成收容空间,电路板固定于所述收容空间内,所述基座之前端包括两个收容槽,分别收容光电二极管和激光二极管,所述光电二极管和激光二极管设置于所述电路板一端。所述盖板罩设于所述基座上,遮盖所述电路板、所述光电二极管及所述激光二极管。所述基座的侧壁上分别设有卡槽,所述盖板两侧分别设有卡块,所述卡块分别与所述卡槽配合以限制所述盖板相对所述基座移动,并通过螺丝将所述盖板锁固于所述基座上。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1至图4,本实用新型一种实施方式中光电收发模组包括基座10,所述基座10包括底板12和自所述底板12的两侧同向垂直延伸的一对侧壁14,所述底板12与所述侧壁14共同形成收容空间17,电路板30固定于所述收容空间17内。所述电路板30上设有一对通孔32,所述收容空间17内设一对定位柱171,所述定位柱171自所述基座10之底板12向所述收容空间17内垂直延伸,通过一对螺丝34将所述电路板30固定于所述定位柱171之螺纹孔内。所述基座10的前端包括两个收容槽172、174,分别用于收容光电二极管40和激光二极管60,所述光电二极管40和激光二极管60被焊接至所述电路板30的一端。所述两收容槽172,174之间为隔板176,所述隔板176上设有螺纹孔1762。
盖板20罩设于所述基座10上,遮盖所述电路板30、所述光电二极管40及所述激光二极管60。所述基座10的侧壁14上分别设有卡槽16,所述盖板包括一对卡块22,所述卡块22分别与所述卡槽16配合,以将所述盖板20定位于所述基座10上,并通过螺丝50穿过所述盖板20上的定位孔26,与所述隔板176的螺纹孔1762的配合,于所述光电二极管40和激光二极管60之间的位置,将所述盖板20锁固于所述基座10上。
所述基座10之侧壁14分别包括定位面18,所述盖板20之侧壁21座落于所述定位面18上,相对所述基座10后端之定位面18上突设突出部19,于所述突出部19与所述定位面18接合处镂空形成所述卡槽16。所述卡块22设于所述盖板20之侧壁21的末端,当所述盖板20与所述基座10结合时,所述卡块22与所述卡槽16扣合,且所述盖板20之顶面与所述突出部19之顶面齐平。
请同时参阅图5,所述基座10之侧壁14内侧分别包括挡块142,所述挡块142相对设置于所述卡槽16内侧,将所述卡槽16与所述收容空间17分隔开,因此,可更加准确、快捷地将所述盖板20的卡块22定位于所述基座10的卡槽16内,以加快光电收发模组的组装速度,提高生产效率。
所述基座10还包括一对支撑柱144,分别自所述挡块142向所述收容空间17内侧延伸,所述盖板20的末端包括后壁24,所述后壁24位于所述卡块22之间,并支撑于所述支撑柱144上。所述后壁24从所述盖板的表面向所述收容空间17内圆滑过渡,并卡合于所述基座10两侧壁的突出部之间。
本实用新型之所述光电收发模组于生产组装过程中,先将电路板30及固定所述电路板30上的光电二极管40激光二极管60安装于所述基座10内,然后,将盖板20放置于基座10上,将卡块22对准所述基座10的卡槽16,再向卡槽16的方向推动所述盖板20,便可将所述盖板20定位于所述基座10上,再通过螺丝50穿过所述盖板上的定位孔26并锁固于基座10的螺纹孔1762内,将盖板20锁固于基座10上。上述组装过程具有快速,简单的优点,可提高生产效率。

Claims (6)

1.一种光电收发模组,其特征在于,包括:
基座,所述基座包括底板和自所述底板两侧同向延伸的一对侧壁,所述底板与侧壁共同形成收容空间,电路板固定于所述收容空间内,所述基座的前端包括两个收容槽,分别收容光电二极管和激光二极管,所述光电二极管和激光二极管设置于所述电路板的一端;及
盖板,罩设于所述基座上,遮盖所述电路板、所述光电二极管及所述激光二极管;
其中,所述基座的侧壁上分别设有卡槽,所述盖板的两侧分别设有卡块,所述卡块分别与所述卡槽配合以限制所述盖板相对所述基座移动,并通过螺丝将所述盖板锁固于所述基座上。
2.如权利要求1所述的光电收发模组,其特征在于,所述基座的侧壁分别包括定位面,相对所述基座后端之定位面上设有突出部,所述突出部与所述定位面接合处镂空形成所述卡槽。
3.如权利要求2所述的光电收发模组,其特征在于,所述卡块设于所述盖板的侧壁上,当所述盖板与所述基座结合时,所述卡块与所述卡槽扣合。
4.如权利要求3所述的光电收发模组,其特征在于,所述基座的侧壁内侧分别包括挡块,所述挡块相对设置于所述卡槽内侧,将所述卡槽与所述收容空间分隔开。
5.如权利要求4所述的光电收发模组,其特征在于,还包括一对支撑柱,分别自所述挡块向所述收容空间内侧延伸,所述盖板的末端包括后壁,所述后壁位于所述卡块之间,并支撑于所述支撑柱上。
6.如权利要求5所述的光电收发模组,其特征在于,所述后壁是卡合于基座两侧壁的突出部之间。
