本实用新型公开了一种轧机用止推轴承,包括二个外圈、一个内圈,在所述的二个外圈的端面孔内分别安装有弹性装置,在所述的内圈端面上设有定位槽。本实用新型可以有效防止内圈在圆周方向上转动,保证不受力的那列滚子旋转过程中不产生歪斜和保持架损坏。

本实用新型涉及轴承设计与制造技术领域,特别是一种轧机用止推轴承。
背景技术
由于轧机的轧辊附加的轴向载荷较大,通常采用径向轴承加止推轴承的配置形式,大锥角双列圆锥滚子轴承是一种常用于承受较大双向轴向负荷的的止推轴承,但该类轴承经常由于在承受轴向载荷时,一列滚子受力,另外一列滚子被放松,旋转过程中会产生歪斜,造成保持架的损坏。另外为了方便轴承的安装与更换该类轴承内圈和轧辊通常为松配合,不可避免的会出现内圈旋转现象,造成配合面的磨损。上述存在的问题均影响着轧机的正常使用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种轧机用止推轴承,可以有效防止内圈在圆周方向上转动,保证不受力的那列滚子旋转过程中不产生歪斜和保持架损坏。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种轧机用止推轴承,包括二个外圈、一个内圈,在所述的二个外圈的端面孔内分别安装有弹性装置,在所述的内圈端面上设有定位槽。
所述的弹性装置由弹簧、导杆和挡环组成,弹簧安装在外圈的端面孔内,导杆的中部具有弹簧定位凸沿,导杆一端套在弹簧中,另一端凸出外圈端面,挡环紧配合在端面孔开口处,所述弹簧定位凸沿抵压在挡环上。
所述的弹性装置呈圆周分布在二个外圈的端面孔内。
所述的内圈端面上设的定位槽为间隔90°或180°配置。
由于采用如上所述的技术方案,本实用新型具有如下优越性:
1、该轴承内圈与轧辊采用松配合,安装、更换方便。
2、该轴承体积小,能够承受较大的双向轴向载荷。
3、在装配时轴承座内孔相对应于装配该轴承的部位,其直径比轴承外径大0.5mm左右,可以保证该轴承在径向不承受负荷。
4、轴承内圈端面上设计有间隔90°或180°配置的定位槽,可以有效防止内圈在圆周方向上转动,从而避免内圈划伤辊面。
5、轴承在承受轴向载荷时,一列滚子受力,另外一列滚子被放松。轴承外圈2个端面各配置有1列弹簧装置,可以保证不受力的那列滚子旋转过程中不产生歪斜和保持架损坏,从而避免轴承的非正常疲劳破坏,很大程度地延长轴承使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1、2中所示,本实用新型主要包括二个外圈、一个内圈、二列滚子、二个保持架、二列弹性装置。在二个外圈2和一个内圈1之间通过二个保持架4分别装有滚子3,在二个外圈2的端面孔内分别安装有弹性装置,弹性装置呈圆周分布在二个外圈2的端面孔内。弹性装置由弹簧8、导杆6和挡环7组成,弹簧8安装在外圈2的端面孔内,导杆6一端套在弹簧8中,另一端凸出外圈2端面,以保证给予轴承一定的轴向载荷;导杆的中部具有弹簧定位凸沿,挡环7紧配合在外圈端面孔开口处,所述弹簧定位凸沿抵压在挡环上,以保证弹簧8和导杆6在安装和使用过程中不会掉出。滚子3采用较大的锥角,通常为2~4°;内圈1、外圈2、滚子3材料采用优质渗碳钢,可提高轴承的抗冲击性能;保持架4采用钢板冲压结构;弹性装置通过弹簧8给外圈2施加一个轴向力,使得被放松的那列滚子3在旋转过程中不会产生歪斜现象;内圈1端面上设有间隔90°或180°配置的定位槽5,能够有效地防止内圈1在圆周方向上转动。该轴承不允许在径向承受负荷,故轴承座内孔相对应于装配该轴承的部位,其直径与轴承外径应留有较大的间隙。
本实用新型可应用于2400热轧机支撑辊,轴承精度为P5级,轴向额定动载荷为3200kN。

1、一种轧机用止推轴承,包括二个外圈、一个内圈,其特征在于:在所述的二个外圈的端面孔内分别安装有弹性装置,在所述的内圈端面上设有定位槽。
2、根据权利要求1所述的轧机用止推轴承,其特征在于:所述的弹性装置由弹簧、导杆和挡环组成,弹簧安装在外圈的端面孔内,导杆的中部具有弹簧定位凸沿,导杆一端套在弹簧中,另一端凸出外圈端面,挡环紧配合在端面孔开口处,所述弹簧定位凸沿抵压在挡环上。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的轧机用止推轴承,其特征在于:所述的弹性装置呈圆周分布在二个外圈的端面孔内。
4、根据权利要求1所述的轧机用止推轴承,其特征在于:所述的内圈端面上设的定位槽为间隔90°或180°配置。
