本实用新型的目的在于针对上述现有存在的问题，提供一种洗车机排障器冲洗装置，该装置为洗车机清洗排障器提供一种洗车机排障器冲洗装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：洗车机排障器冲洗装置由回转喷管、高压喷嘴、曲柄调节板、轴承、机座、膨涨螺栓、回转接头、水管、气缸支架、气缸组成；该装置的回转喷管通过螺栓与曲柄调节板相连接，气缸与曲柄调节板相连，回转接头与回转喷管下端相连，机座固定在地面上。高压喷嘴、曲柄调节板与回转喷管相连，通过轴承与回转接头相连。气缸一端与曲柄调节板相连，另一端与气缸支架相连。机座用膨涨螺栓固定在地面上，气缸支架和轴承座固定在机座上。气缸推动回转喷管摆动，由高压喷嘴喷出的高压水冲洗排障器。
本实用新型的有益效果是，洗车机排障器将过去用人工清洗，实现自动清洗，提高了效率，减轻了劳动强度。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，洗车机排障器冲洗装置由回转喷管1、高压喷嘴2、曲柄调节板3、轴承4、机座5、膨涨螺栓6、回转接头7、水管8、气缸支架9、气缸10组成；该装置高压喷嘴2装在回转喷管1上，回转喷管1与曲柄调节板3相连通过轴承4与回转接头7相连。气缸10再与曲柄调节板3相连，气缸10推动曲柄调节板3带动回转喷管1摆动，由高压喷嘴2喷出的高压水冲洗排障器。

1.一种洗车机排障器冲洗装置，其特征在于：由回转喷管、高压喷嘴、曲柄调节板、轴承、机座、膨涨螺栓、回转接头、水管、气缸支架、气缸组成；该装置的回转喷管通过螺栓与曲柄调节板相连接，气缸与曲柄调节板相连，回转接头与回转喷管下端相连，机座固定在地面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗车机排障器冲洗装置，其特征在于：高压喷嘴、曲柄调节板与回转喷管相连，通过轴承与回转接头相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的洗车机排障器冲洗装置，其特征在于：气缸一端与曲柄调节板相连，另一端与气缸支架相连。
4.根据权利要求1所述的洗车机排障器冲洗装置，其特征在于：机座用膨涨螺栓固定在地面上，气缸支架和轴承座固定在机座上。
