背景技术
目前,公知的棉被或棉服保暖层已采用化学纤维制作棉胎,这种棉胎的物理结构是一种经梳理压缩后的自然状态结构。不足之处是,棉胎不抗拉、不耐揉搓,多次洗涤后容易变形成团,不保暖,并且用这种棉胎做成的棉被、棉服较臃肿。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种耐揉搓、不变形、保暖效果好的超细涤轮短纤维压缩棉胎。
本实用新型结构是,它是将超细涤纶短纤维制成的物理层状结构,其顶底面表层为光滑烫平层,次内层为柔软平铺层,中间为立铺压缩后的骨架层,整体厚度1cm,单位重量120g/m2
本实用新型的优点是,由于将棉胎加工成不同物理性能的多层层状结构,提高了棉胎的抗拉性、揉搓性和保暖性。本实用新型的棉胎适宜做高档棉服,具有超柔软、重量轻、不臃肿、贴身合体、保暖性好等特点,整体上有丝绒的效果。

具体实施方式
从图1可以看出,本实用新型是由超细涤纶短纤维制成的五层层状结构,即顶底两面表层是光滑、细腻、柔软不起毛的烫平层1和烫平层5,次内层是滑爽、柔软、细腻的平铺层2和平铺层4,在平铺层2和平铺层4中间为立铺压缩后的骨架层3,制成后整体厚度1cm,单位重量120g/m2
下面再描述一下加工方法:采用细旦双组分涤纶短纤和超细三维卷曲中空纤维为原料混合后经干棉、梳棉、铺网、喷洒专用粘合剂,烘干和烫平压缩制成棉胎。
