12. The smart card of claim 10, wherein the second processing unit comprises:
the authorization management information processing unit is connected with the third receiving unit and used for processing the received authorization management information by using the pre-embedded user key so as to obtain a product key;
the authorization control information processing unit is connected with the third receiving unit and used for processing the received authorization control information by using the acquired product key to obtain a descrambling control word;
and the descrambling unit is connected with the third receiving unit and is used for descrambling the scrambled digital program by using the obtained descrambling control word.
13. The smart card according to claim 10 or 11, further comprising:
and the second storage unit is connected with the second safety unit and is used for storing the user key, the product key or the query information.
14. A mobile digital television terminal, characterized in that the mobile digital television terminal comprises:
the fourth receiving unit is connected with the intelligent card and is used for receiving the descrambled digital programs and/or query information transmitted by the intelligent card;
a second decoding unit, configured to decode the received descrambled digital program;
the second display unit is connected with the second decoding unit or the fourth receiving unit and used for displaying the decoded digital decoding; or displaying the query information received by the fourth receiving unit.
