背景技术
稳定度测试台是一种测量产品重心的测量平台，模拟家庭使用的地面或桌面不平的情况下，家用等用品放置发生倾倒，可能引起人身触电或砸伤，物体砰击爆炸，发生火灾等危险的情况，以检验产品的稳定性和安全性。现有的稳定度测试台的木板需要人使用量角器进行角度的测量和调节，测量过程和工艺比较复杂，测试成本较高。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种测试简单方便、精确度高的产品稳定度测试台。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术手段来实现的：一种产品稳定度测试台，包括角架、步进电机、红外线传感测试装置和测试样板，其特征在于：角架的垂直面板安装有上下固定杆，上下固定杆的一端设有可置导程板上下运动的凹槽，角架的水平面板对应于导程板处设有通孔；导程板上端设有可使其止于上固定杆的档块，其下端一侧连接有可使导程板上下运动的步进电机；导程板的另一侧挂接有一测试样板，测试样板的一端安装有滚轮，可在角架的水平面板上左右滑动；步进电机连接红外线传感测试装置。
本实用新型根据所需测试样板倾斜的角度，通过红外线传感测试装置检测测试面倾斜点的数据，反馈到计算软件，通过软件的分析和计算输出信号给步进电机，控制电机的正反转速度，以求达到任意角率和速度，从而使测试面的倾斜角度0～90度精确可调；这种测试面可转到所需角度，减少人为误差，同时该台面能实现动态测试功能，可以依据标准或要求调整达到所需角度的时间和角度时间比，实现动态角度检测。本实用新型结构简单，使用方便，测试精确度高，能够准确的检测产品的稳定度，具有广阔的市场价值和前景。

参看图1、图2，本实用新型一种产品稳定度测试台，包括角架1、步进电机7、红外线传感测试装置6和测试样板4，其特征在于：角架1的垂直面板安装有上下固定杆3、9，上下固定杆3、9的一端设有可置导程板上下运动的凹槽，角架1的水平面板对应于导程板2处设有通孔；导程板2上端设有可使其止于上固定杆3的档块8，其下端一侧连接有可使导程板2上下运动的步进电机7；导程板2的另一侧挂接有一测试样板4，测试样板4的一端安装有滚轮5，可在角架1的水平面板上左右滑动；步进电机7连接红外线传感测试装置6。
本实用新型工作时，将产品放置于测试面板4，输入所需倾斜样板倾斜角度的信号给红外线传感测试装置6，红外线传感测试装置6检测测试面的倾斜点的数据，反馈到计算软件，通过软件的分析和计算输出信号给步进电机7，步进电机7控制导程板2运动，导程板2带动测试面板4运动，从而达到设计目的。
